I looked up at Beverly as she ran her hand through her hair her eyes watery
I sighed and held her hand that was free
" I know you don't like It Bev, but I have to my mom and dad got a job offer in New York," I said pausing to look up at her
I raised my hand up to her cheek to wipe a tear that escaped from her eyes
" I know, but I can't bear to think about not seeing you everyday y/n," she said holding my hand tighter
We put our foreheads together just sitting like that enjoying each other's presence
" I'll miss you, Bev," I said letting my tears fall I heard her sniffle
I pulled away to see her crying she looked up at me and wiped my tears
" i'll miss you too y/n, just know I fucking love you so much and promise you'll write to me," she said raising her pinky I smiled and giggled a little Wrapping my pinky around her pinky
" I promise my love, I will write to you every chance I get," I said intertwining our hands together
" But I must go now Bev," I said crying even harder not wanting to
" I know just hold me for a little longer please? " she asked me I nodded holding onto her

" Okay, I have to go now, " I said getting up to leave
" I love you," she said to me one last time I smiled and looked at her
" I love you too," I said walking away towards my car
I was halfway there when I heard Bev yell my name I stopped and felt her hand on my arm
She pulled me towards her connecting her lips against mine
She wrapped her arms around my waist and I linked my arms around her neck I moved one hand in the back of her neck and the other caressing her cheek
We pulled apart for air, we just stood there staring into each other's eyes We both smiled leaning in again
" Okay, okay babe I have to go now," I said in between kisses
