Kokichi's POV

I take a deep breathe then open the door to see shuichi looking very worried and stressed, I instantly feel guilty but as quickly as possible smiled "Heya shuichi I'm fi-" before I knew it shuichi had grabbed me into a hug and I felt so relieved as if all the bad things so go away but then hug had stopped and he looked at me "Are you ok?" Such a simple question felt like a huge impact but a simple answer can make a bigger one "Yeah I'm fine" I smiled

Shuichi seemed to pause but I kept smiling and he sighed "Let's get ready for bed, we still have school tomorrow you know" "Nishishi yeah I know but I'm not really sleepy" I giggled "that's lie isn't it?" Shuichi questioned "who knows"

Shuichi took my hand and took me upstairs where his room was "so we're sleeping in the same bed?" He asked and I turned the other way to avoid his gaze "yeah sure my beloved I don't really care where" I made my voice seem completely uninterested but my face felt flushed but ever so slightly "dosent seem like you don't" shuichi said with a kind of playful tone, this made me surprised that shuichi could be like this which made me happy at the same time as if I was able to unlock something I'm shuichi which makes me feel as if he can confide in me so I just smiled and laughed

"Well anyways I'll grab you some clothes" then shuichi went into his closet and started looking which it seemed that there was nothing that could fit me 'big shocker' so while he was looking I plopped down on his bed, looking at the ceiling 'hmm why do I feel like I've been here before' I felt sudden pain come across me then it was all quiet and my eyes started closing....

Shuichi's POV

I kept looking and looking and then I hear a light thump and turn to see kokichi asleep and when I say I was speechless I was speechless

He looked so calm and peaceful it was extremely satisfying as if he was taking care of something special like a kitten which would represent kokichi pretty well and it makes me feel pretty happy

I looked through the closet again and I just decided to get a huge shirt which I think would look pretty cute on him.... Wait what am I saying, I sighed, I didn't want to wake him up but what he's wearing is probably uncomfortable

The thought of me changing him crossed my mind and I instantly blushed and trying to clear my mind I slap myself in the face and the sound of that slap made kokichi move around and I pinched myself for making so much noise, luckily kokichi fell easily back to sleep since he's so tired

I change myself into my Pjs and gently lay myself on the bed next to him, I look at him breathing in and out with locks of hair in his face which I move to see his face more clearly, He looks so pale and peaceful, as I look at him I feel so relieved and stress free which was very rare for me

I feel my chest tighten, what is this? I just ignore it and slowly but surely fell into sleep

Next day

I wake up to see kokichi still asleep next to me I sighed in relief then I look at the clock  and it says  🔟⏺3️⃣0️⃣ I shot up and grabbed my phone to see a text from kaede and it was not what I was expecting, I thought it would be 'shuichi where are you?!?!' But instead it was among the lines 'Finally!! I was not really up for today, I'm gana sleep for the rest of the day 😊" sleep?!? I was confused , is she not going to school today

I got up and went to turn on the t.v. To see if there was anything on the news

continue on about todays weather, how lucky that we don't have school but still that suspect that trashed up the school.....could he be the one who attacker kokichi

Speaking of which I see kokichi walk down the stairs with what I had left on the bed and I was correct on how big it would be on him and correct on how cute it would be too

"Shuichi you know we're late for school right, I mean I open to skipping school but you don't seem the type to though" he giggled after that sentence "Well your right I'm not" I scratch my head "School is cancelled for two days" then I see kokichi think "hmm what for"  "someone one destroyed some classrooms and they need time to clean it up" I look to kokichi to see if he would react but nothing

Kokichi plops down on the couch "oh well" I sigh "so you wana eat breakfast?" I see kokichi brighten up "Can I help you make it!!??!?" I giggle at this response "Sure" we both go towards the kitchen
