So we already have a pretty great morning glow up routine in this book!

But a nightly routine is healthy too!

Remove any makeup
This is important because it can cause damage to your skin if left on overnight.

Clean your teeth
Cleaning your teeth before bed gets rid of all the bits of plague on your teeth that will have formed during the day when you've had meals and snacks.

Brush your hair
Brushing your hair from roots to tips distributes your natural hair oils and helps keep it cleaner and healthier.

Put on clean pyjamas
This is just good hygiene.

(Don't change pyjamas every single night, maybe change them every 9 to 11 days)

Use the same moisturiser that you use in the morning.
This is so you aren't straining your skin by changing routine and products.

❌ Sleep with your hair tied up. It strains your roots and can also be uncomfortable. If need to put your hair up, put it in a loose low pony tail or loose low plaits.
