After I got off the phone I bursed into crying but luckily I had ashley to help cheer me up.
That night I went to my bed early thinking about the fact that when I woke up I am going to forget.

There goes the stupid alarm I took it up and smashed it against the wall

After debating about that to my self I could not change anything.
I just took a shower and head straight to work without eating anything.
