The life of Salem 'Babydoll' Mariana Hargreeves was not that of a normal one, it was a life of pain and suffering, secrets and sins, death and demons. While that seems dramatic, it's true.

The woman was a mystery from birth, born to a mother who wasn't pregnant when the day first began, then adopted into a family of super humans. Disappeared at 15, never to be heard from again until the mysterious death of her father.

There are a lot of words people would use to describe Number eight when she was growing up, a freak, a witch, a lost cause and her personal favorite, a demon straight from hell. Though, according to her family, she was the weakest person in the family, weaker than Vanya but in reality Babydoll is probably the strongest, she's a necromancer and elementalist but being a 'demon', she has a hard time controlling her powers.

At 15, Number eight ran away from home, leaving her mom, siblings and lover behind, no one is sure why she ran, well, no one except Number two. Number eight and Number two both swore that the truth of that night would never come to light.
