(Y/N) and her adoring fan walked down the sidewalk, eagerly chatting as if they were old friends. She noticed some odd things about this Bob Gray character..

Firstly, he giggled almost all the time. it might have just been a nervous habit, but he was almost always giggling or laughing when they took a break from talking.

Second.. His eyes. Something was so alluring and fascinating about his eyes. It was impossible to have eyes so beautiful and gorgeous..

Third, he was awfully nice. Almost too nice. Most fans were usually just awkward and quiet, as if trying to be polite but instead came off as antisocial and anxious.

(Y/N) just shrugged it off. She enjoyed his company. This Bob person was quite her cup of tea. She smiled as he went on a small tangent about the county fair, listening to him tell stories about the other fairs that had happened before.

He suddenly froze and looked down towards her. "Ya know, Miss (L/N).. I could treat you to a nice day out. We could go to the fair together!" he said excitedly, smiling happily and letting out a soft laugh. (Y/N) blushed ever so slightly at the offer. "Oh, that would be lovely.. But, I'm supposed to be working on a book.." she said, trailing off and fidgeting.

"Well, I'm sure you can find inspiration at the county fair!" Bob held his hand out to her, his smile never faltering. He radiated such happiness and enthusiasm. She couldn't say no. (Y/N) smiled shyly, taking his hand while her blush grew worse.

He almost let out a gasp. She really trusted him? He didn't think much of it, and lead her down the sidewalk to the huge park that the fair was taking place at. It was fantastic. All kinds of rides and games and huge prizes, even a fun house.

(Y/N) smiled, finding it quaint and oddly satisfying. Things like this never happened where she lived. Bob seemed to enjoy her reaction, leading her along through the crowds, humming softly to himself.

They spent the rest of the day happily going through the fair, giggling like a couple who was in that adorable 'puppy love' stage.

Once the sun started to go down, Bob seemed more anxious and antsy. She gently tugged at (Y/N)'s shirt sleeve, whispering that they should leave before it got too dark. He slowly lead her away from the thinning crowds, offering to walk her back to her hotel.

"Oh, no, no, you're too kind!" (Y/N) said bashfully, thankful that the coming darkness hid her blush. "Oh, I insist! I can't have you walking alone, now could I?" he responded, making sure she stayed close to him. And, just like that, they were walking together. Alone.

He took her back to her hotel, saying a quick good bye before disappearing into the night. (Y/N) found it odd, but didn't mind it too much, and went inside.

She quietly went up to her room, slowly opening the door and stepping into the dimly lit room. After a long day of having fun and goofing off, she was exhausted. She got changed into her pajamas again and silently went to her bed, ignoring the fact that she was supposed to be writing.

But, right before she closed her eyes and fell asleep for the night, she noticed a pair of glowing blue eyes watching her from the shadows. She couldn't stop herself. She was already asleep.
