CHAPTER 14
"Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!" Fairy Godmother says as she unfreezes everyone. "Rawrrrrr" Ben says as he runs forward. "Okay, okay!" Zoe says as she puts a hand on his chest stopping him. "We kinda got this all wrapped up here." Zoe smiles at Ben as he looks around before he picks her up and spins her around. "Next time, I rescue you, okay?" Ben says causing Zoe to laugh. "Yeah. Let's not let there be a next time, okay?" Zoe says before hugging Ben and turning his crown to the side. Zoe then notices Fairy Godmother scolding Jane. She nudges Mal, who nods her head. "I will be right back." "I love you. But you are on a major time-out," Fairy Godmother tells Jane as Mal and Zoe approach. "Don't be too hard on Jane. I was the one who put all that crazy stuff in her head," Mal says. "You are beautiful... Inside and out," Zoe says as she takes Jane's hand. "Your mom got that right." "I guess I did get pretty lucky in the mother department," Jane says. "Yeah, I guess so," Zoe agrees. They walk off and Mal leaves to protect her mother. Audrey steps towards Zoe before Zoe bows to her which Audrey returns the bow. "Careful! That's my mom!" Mal says as they put the dias over her. Ben, Zoe, Evie, Carlos, Jay, and Mal all stand together. "Well, let's get this party started!" Jay says. "Ohayohay, hey" They all cheer. Ben is carried outside to the party while the girls changed their dresses if need be. "Oh, yeah Oh, yeah, yeah" Mal sings. "Let's set it off" Evie sings. "Oh, yeah Set it off you can make it happen" Zoe sings as they set Ben down on the stage. "Ohayohay, hey" Everyone sings. "Kings and queens, It's our time to rise Write the book, the story of our lives This is us taking back the night" Ben sings as everyone dance around him. " Ohayohay" Everyone sings. "Break the spell, we were born this way Be yourself, forget the DNA Everybody raise your hands and say" Zoe sings as she makes her way over to Ben. "Ohayohay, hey" Everyone sings. "Sound the alarm, get on your feet Let's set it off and rock this beat Dance till your heart is wild and free" Evie sings as she dance through people and with Doug. "Ooh, Oh, Oh" Everyone sings. "Feelin' the power, let it all out Like what you see in the mirror, shout We got the keys, the kingdom's ours" Evie sings as she dance with Doug before they make their way over to Zoe and Ben. "Ooh, Oh, Oh, ohayohay, hey Let's set it off Oh, yeah Start a chain reaction, never let it stop Let's set it off Oh, yeah You can make it happen with everything you got Let's set it off Set it off Come on We got to set it off On the right Get ready, set it off To the left Ohayohay, hey" Everyone sings as Ben, Zoe, Evie, and Doug dance together. "Yo, It's time to set this thing off Let's make it happen now I'm a make my own future, ignore all the rumors Show 'em how passion sound," Carlos sings as he and Jay sit beside Jane. "They all told me I should back down Judgin' me 'cause of my background Thinkin' 'bout changin' my path now Nah, I ain't goin' out like that now" Jay sings as he and Carlos lead Jane to the stage. "Feelin' the power, let it all out Like what you see in the mirror, shout," Mal sings as she struts over to Jay before they join everyone on stage. "We got the keys, the kingdom's ours" Ben sings. They head in different directions before meeting up on the balcony. "Ooh, yeah" Zoe sings. "Let's set it off" Everyone sings. "Oh, yeah" Ben sings as he and Zoe stare at each other. "Let's set this off Start a chain reaction, never let it stop Let's set it off Let's set this off Oh, yeah Let's set this off You can make it happen with everything you got Let's set it off Get ready, set it off Come on We got to set it off To the left Get ready, set it off To the right We got to set it off What?" Everyone sings before they all stop to bow to Ben and look at the fireworks. Ben touches his forehead to Zoe's as he holds her close. "Ohayohay, hey Let's set it off, Oh, yeah Start a chain reaction..." Everyone sings. Zoe looks out at all of her friends having fun before looking away from them all with a smirk.
"Oh, I was having so much fun, I almost forgot. You didn't think this was the end of the story, did you?"
