I pack my bag, everything I need to stay the night at Freddy's. I managed to get off work from the local Cafe, my waitress job at around five so I've rushed over to get everything packed and out of the house ASAP. I dunno what we're doing tonight so I basically packed warm clothes, pajamas, that Wonder Woman headband, a mini medkit because I always do, some snacks from the night before when I went to the Gas station, my music, phone, laptop, chargers and everything I need before zipping it up.
I have a quick shower before getting into the right clothes. Doing my hair and...I see a cut on the side of my head. An open small wound. I shut my eyes for a moment.
Last Night...Dad...Drinking...Bottle Glass Broken...Throws it...Hits me...
"Shit. I need to cover this." I mumble. I decide to get a plaster and put it on top of it before covering it with my hair. I decide to walk back into my room, now already starting to get freaking dark.
Now...The Trident. "How the fuck..." I mutter. It's silver, and it's quite sturdy. But if I heard about the battle against Arthur and his brother? They are indeed breakable. But not like easily, breakable.
"Hmmm..." I let out a sigh. "Just call it a prop." I mutter to myself.
I bring it out of the closet and it's about three or so inches taller than me. Thick and cold. I open the window and poke it through the gap, before dropping it down to the ground.
YES!!
"Come on Maya!" I grin. She barks with joy and leaps into my arms. "Oh!" I let out a laugh just as I hear a door open.
"And where do you think you're going?" My face instantly falls. Dad.
"I'm going to a friend's house." I do my best to not stumble on my words as I turn to him. He doesn't seem too pleased.
"With a dog?"
"They love Maya!" I protest.
"Sure they do! What friend?" He asks me, stepping closer. My breath hitches through fear as he brushes his hand along my shoulder and hair. Maya whimpers as he walks behind me.
"What. Friend. Is. It."
"I-It's Ma-Mary."
"Oh. The foster girl home. That has three other boys."
I gulp. "You're still a little girl, Y/n. You always will be. I wish you weren't mine."
I nearly gasp as I'm shoved forward which Maya lets out a bark.
"Dad-"
"Just go! God, you're so ridiculous!" He scoffs. "Just look at yourself. You look like a mess, couldn't you look nicer? You don't even put in the effort. I'm surprised you have any friends, a disappointment of a child is all I see in your effort."
I swallow the words down behind me as my Father glares at me. Chills running up my spine. "Anyone know about your wings?"
"No, Dad." I lie.
"Good. That's Good. Because if they did...You wouldn't wanna know what I would do." He says lowly.
Maya whimpers again, trying to hide herself in my shoulder. I slowly nod my head. "I'll get going now."
"Don't come back tonight. You don't want to." He growls. I nod my head and make a quick pace down the steps. I exit the house and let out a breath I didn't know I had in.
I quickly go around to the back, pick up the trident and begin walking with it. People stare at me as I carry it down beside me, as I slowly walk to Freddy's house.
