As he was running down the Streets, he was eventually forced to stop since the Sidewalk was Blocked by a Large group of soldiers who wore uniforms similar to that of Nazi soldiers

Y/n Looked around for any possible way past them but He didn't find one but he saw an Alleyway next to him with a Wooden fence at the end of it so he then Ran down the Alley and Jumped the fence...Only to realise there was no Ground on the other side and instead, it was a straight drop into a Large body of water and Y/n then Landed in the water and when He dived back up, He Then Grabbed onto the docks and Pulled himself up and He Looked around and saw that he was in the place he needed to be
Akin to a "Chinatown", this place is a small but bustling residential and business district by the coast, accented by bold, clashing colors and chimney pots resembling coral. The buildings are connected by an extensive network of wooden decks, walkways and stairs, with strings of jellyfish lanterns hanging overhead. A tram runs between the areas above and below sea level throughout the day, when the tide is low. This is also when the lowest level is exposed: the walls are covered in graffiti, the ground littered with trash bags thrown from above, and everything is tinted green from algae.

Y/n then felt his clothes drying out already and he started to look around for any clues on where this girl could be
Y/n: "Alright, where are you?"
Y/n then Decided on asking some people and everyone who he asked all said the same thing
Civillian: "Ms Fortune? she's usually over at Yu Wan's Restaurant. It's just over there"
Y/n thanked them and Y/n made his way over to the Restaurant and he was Greeted by an unknown Dagonian Woman of around 18 years of age
