Greetings and thank you for coming here for your next reading adventure!
In the midst of trying to figure out my life (the universe, and everything), I essentially felt a whim and thought 'You know what the internet needs? Another Stardust Crusaders fanfic!' SO instead of actually spending the time on getting my life together, I slapped on a face mask, started writing, and now here we are.
In all honesty though, I had this sudden idea for a stand, and I just love the Stardust Crusaders arc, so I felt compelled to write something that isn't a paper for school. Hopefully, in the end, it will come together nicely... or at least decent enough to where you guys can tell that I passed a single high school English course... ( ͡º˵◞ل͟◟ ͡º˵)
This is my first time attempting to write a fic (other than silly oneshots) and actually publish it, so my writing style might be a bit chaotic as I try and get into the groove o' thangss. If you notice any errors, or have any suggestions for things you would like to see included in the story, feel free to let me know!

A bit about the story before we get started.
I started writing this with intention of it being a female reader insert, so it's pretty much written in 2nd person POV. It seems that most fics on here use the same style, so that's what I ended up choosing. However, I am always open to suggestions. If you guys think the story would flow better from a different POV or by using some arbitrary original character, let me know. BUUUUuutt for now there will be lots of you's and (Y/N)'s, yayyyy.
Without trying to give too much away, the 'reader' in this story starts off dealing with a great deal of trauma, as a result of certain things happening in her past, one being complete abandonment. I have every intention of explaining these events as they are relevant in the story, but it will be some time before that happens. The first two chapters are filled with a lot of seemingly aimless angst (trippy, depressive nonsense), but I am writing it this way so you can get better into the 'reader's' mindset as someone riddled with fear who wants to forget. If you don't like reading that kind of stuff I'd suggest skipping those parts; although, I will warn you that this is also where I introduce the type of connection (Y/N) has with her stand (so you'd be missing out on that). At this point, I am not sure how into detail I will cover said sources of trauma, but if I ever include anything that is mildly upsetting, I will try and label a warning beforehand so you can comfortably skip those parts.
