A suited officer perked his head around the door to the interrogation room and addressed you. "Alright ma'am. You are free to go."

With an irritated sigh, you stood up and walked out. However, before you exited the precinct, you turned back and asked the officer where Polnareff was. He replied that, since his circumstance was much more suggestive of the murder, Mr. Polnareff would be kept for questioning until a lawyer could vouch for him. Not wanting to stick around that long, you decided to leave and head back to the hotel to meet back up with the others.

As you walked back through the streets of Singapore you took notice of the soft feeling brushing over your shoulders and arms. You held your arms out in front and realized you were adorned in a plush grey sweater and matching sweat pants. The sweater was a size or two too big, so it hanged loosely over your shoulders as the sleeves went down past your knuckles. You brought your hands up to either side of your face, relishing the fresh scent and soft texture. Your heart fluttered thinking back on the kind gesture. When he gets out, I'll have to thank him again for this.

Your thoughts lingered for moment more before a certain bulb set off. Wait... I don't even remember putting these on... How did I - Somebody must've - Your thoughts spiraled in a chaotic manner and your cheeks flushed with embarrassment upon realizing that, somehow, someone bothered to remove your towel and dress you before the police carted you off. You were grateful that someone went through the trouble of making you decent, but the thought that one of your new companions had seen you naked was mortifying. You knew that if you ever found out who it was, you wouldn't be able to look them in the eye.

You walked circles around the block of the hotel a few times allowing your mind a chance to find calm again. Once you collected yourself, you made your way back into the hotel. Despite your reservations, you thought it best to go meet with Mr. Avdol and Mr. Joestar in their room to give them an update on the situation. Once at the door, you knocked twice, and upon hearing no answer you attempted to simply open the door. To your surprise, it was not locked, so you stepped inside only to be promptly thrust against the inner wall by an intense heat.

Your head quickly swung around in every direction as you tried to figure out what was going on. To your right you saw Mr. Joestar huddled over a television covered in an assortment of purple vines and Mr. Avdol approaching you with a stern expression followed by a bird-headed man. What the hell is going on??? You panicked and struggled against what appeared to be restraints made from fire.

"We know you are still working for Dio! How? Why?" He asked as if challenging you in attempt to cover the twinge of hurt in his voice.

"Excuse me?!" You exasperated as you called out your own stand. Her form flashed over your own as she absorbed the energy from the flames, releasing you back to the ground. Avdol took a step back, dumbfounded.

The sound of a telephone ringing out put a momentary halt to your kerfuffle. You and Avdol paused and turned to Mr. Joestar as he stood up from the TV and grabbed the phone. "Hello?... Oh, Kakyoin?... Wait, slow down... You're saying that Jotaro was attacked by someone who looked like (Y/N)? Hold on!" He turned back towards the two of you. "Avdol, she didn't betray us. Kakyoin just said he and Jotaro were attacked by some sort of enemy disguised as (Y/N)."

What the hell is going on?

**-- A few hours earlier--**

Kakyoin, Jotaro, Avdol and Joseph were all crowded together in the latter's shared room. Jotaro and Kakyoin neutrally sat next to one another on one of the beds while Avdol hovered over Joseph who was on a phone call. After a minute or two, Joseph hung up the phone and turned back to the others. "I just got a call that (Y/N) is being released from questioning. She'll be on her way back shortly. As for Polnareff, he is going to be held a while longer. I'm going to try and contact the Speedwagon Foundation to see if I can get him a lawyer to make this whole process go a bit faster." He looked over to Kakyoin and his grandson and continued. "You guys can go if you want. You boys try and take some time to relax. I doubt we are going to encounter another stand user so soon, but stick together just in case."
