CHAPTER 2 - Samuels
I started to swipe for the next page...and it contain a family portrait I guess...and down below says 1st generation of Samuels...

hmm...all I see is a lined up 3 boys...I swiped on the next one saying the 2nd generation...and it’s still an all-boys...I continued to swipe down and what I have noticed is this Samuels family has been an all-boys family from the beginning...

And the last portrait is the 9th portrait saying the past generation... and an additional info at the bottom saying ' First family' is sitting at the couch while the 2nd to 6th family stood behind them...

at that moment I froze when I saw the woman and man sitting at the chair somehow looks at me...I look at my left side to see Hals and at the same time she was looking at me I look at the tablet she was holding and we are currently at the same page...

Great mind thinks a like...

We turned our attention back to what we’re reading.... the sitting couple looks like me in which the woman is so much more like me...but the eyes is from the man...a beautiful deep brown...

I scrolled down to read the next info. And it says the ' The first family couple: Righley John Samuels & Reign Jade Samuels' ... I gasped when I swiped on the next page... It was a newspaper saying London Breaking news...

It contains a total wreck car with a bunch of bullet holes covering the car... my vision is starting to get blurry... Tears were flowing down...

The news was ' Samuels first family couple was assasinated at an abandoned road' and it also says that the couple was not found in the car but in the forest 500 meters away from the car...

" W-what?" I stuttered

I was trembling and my grip on the tablet loosened causing for it to slip and drop...
Why? Why am I in so much despair? I covered my mouth...
Mom...Dad... I closed my eyes recalling the dreams that I've been having...two couples bidding farewell to me...a woman sobbing as she kisses my forehead...a man smiling towards me and to the woman...and the both of them hugging me...

" Who-Who-Who am I?" I keep on stuttering

with Hals unable to with stood my pain she pulled me in a tight hug...

" You are Righley Reign Samuels, the pride and joy of the first family couple, their last will and memento for the SAMUELS FAMILY" Lina proclaimed which holds dignity on it

" But then, why am I here?" I murmured but can be heard

" At that time, you were with your parents when that incident happens" she said

I was silent for a moment

" Then how come I'm alive" I said in a coarse tone

" Because they protected you... The truth is 5 months before your born...the first family couple disappeared leaving the main house and your brothers... We were told not to find them for family purpose and we all know that Reign was pregnant at that time...your grandfather granted their request... We haven't heard any news from them until that accident... The main house was in a chaos and restless at that time...then the phone rang which your brother answered...and then we heard...a loud shriek, a cry of a baby and then a heaving sound coming from your mother" Lina said

I did not dare to interrupt her... As the story goes, my hearts were being tormented

" at that time, we thought that it was a baby boy and we prayed hard that the three of you will survive... but at our dismay...your parents were in a critical condition...your grandfather was about to do anything just to get you three safes. But, he was stop, we all were, when the next thing Reign uttered was ' it’s a girl'... that made us more grieved...Such cruel fate...just when a miracle happens and that’s when a disaster exists... we had so much thing to say but we did not say anything... at that moment, we can picture Reign smiling while hugging you close in satisfaction... She told us the reason why they vanished at that time despite her condition... They were being threatened" Lina paused

" Even though we had so much power at that time...but, Reign said no because it will affect you in which they choose to vanish... And at her final last breath... She uttered ' Righley Reign Samuels, born at Dec.31,2000... a miracle' and a gasping love you at the end... and the call ended... Grandfather, started to move to locate you...but as we expected you are gone...as Reign instructed the 10th generation which are your brothers were trained and prepared for your coming... We've chose not to risk anything more than that"

" and now the time has come for us to fulfill that promise" she proclaimed in such desperate

I tried to calm myself

" Righley, prepare yourself" she added

I nod in reply... Lina bended and picked up the tablet that fell and gave it to me

" the next page is all about the 10th generation, your generation...and also your grandfather, the current head of the family has been looking for you 2 years ago... You can say he is quiet an impatient person" she chuckled

That somehow lightened the mood... I swiped on the next page and saw a sign of 'First Family children' which is my brothers since Lina mentioned that I am the only girl in the entire history of SAMUELS... And also basing on what I've read

an image of 4 men showed up...I was stunned when I noticed an unbelievable truth...one of my brothers is an idol of mine...JAMES SAMUELS....oh my... the four of them has the look of father and has the eyes of mother...a deep blue eye....

at the age of 20, he finished school...majoring all of his subjects...
at the age of 21... An honorable agent in FBI...
at the age of 22... He became the chief of the entire FBI
wow...what is he a genius

he also graduated at 20... And nailed all his subjects...
at 22...he became the chief of the CIA

graduated at 20, too...
at 22....he became an honorable chief of police in France

•James Samuels, 23
graduated at 20...
the head of all businesses that is in the p******...

" why is it that my brothers are so into people's welfare?" I shrugged

" They took up all of police forces and such, within their grasp... All for you with the reason of not wanting to risk you from losing you" she informed

" How sure are you that I am really the one you have been looking for?" I reassured

" Remember the time were your school done a blood test type.... we took the liberty of extracting a little bit of it and also your hair" she said knowingly

" *shiver* never remind me of that one, I will never get near of any of those needles" I said in shudder

" here, I was wondering why do they need to test blood 2 weeks ago" Hals added

yeah.... So, it was their doing....my blood type is Type AB... while Hals is A...and my family is also A

" you have a total of 15 brothers including the rest of the branches" Lina added

my eyes almost pop up... what?!...how much more if they were to include the rest of the family relatives... and also grandpa has 6 sons.... unlike the rest who only has 2-3 sons... Such vigor

" To add it up... Most of the past generation refused to get married at that time and only one to two get married and somehow the other party was only interested in marriage not a family...That’s why unlikely to say...The SAMUELS are not that many...until Grandpa arrived" Lina said in between laughter...

Yeah....I can imagine grandpa being mischievous...

" uhm Lina....does everybody at the main house calls grandpa 'grandpa' " I asked

" hmm... No, I guess... The helpers mostly call him Master" she said

I was to ask her about it but I was beat to it

" If you are wondering why I call him grandpa you will find out after a few more pages away" she smiled

I raised a brow not in rude way but in a clueless behavior... I said an okay

After those slides I swiped and saw a 11th generation Text... What? I eagerly swiped next and saw an image of a 5-year-old boy... The first 11th generation... Son of Knight Samuels & Lina Lee-Samuels... Beau Samuels

I look at Lina...whose smiling ear to ear

" *chuckle* that’s the reason why I call him grandpa and that photo was taken 2 years ago" she smiled

" So, you’re my brother’s wife" I said in glee

" yeah" she smiled

I smiled and look at the boy... His so cute... He looks exactly my brother except for the eye...it took up Lina's eye color which is a beautiful sapphire color

" his so cute" I said lovingly

" he sure is" she said

" hey, Lina... Am I not hated by them?" I asked worriedly

" It’s the total opposite... They will be a total head ache with all of them pampering you" she said in grief

So, I'll take that as a No then

" So, where are we exactly heading?" I asked

Somehow, fatigue starts to take over my body

" One of your family's rest house" she said

I fixed myself ready to sleep... I grab a bolster pillow and hugged it burying myself...

" okay" I answered before drifting to sleep

I was woken up by the blinding ray of light and a cool breeze brushing in my skin... I slowly opened my eyes.... I feel so refreshed and satisfied

I look around and I am in a room with a clear view of the beach...
I almost forgot about the incident yesterday... I sat at the bed which is so fluffy and white...I look at my clothes and nearly panic...who change my clothes... I was wearing a pajama

" HALSEY!!" I shrieked as I ran out of the door and I almost bumped at someone

" What?! What happen?" Hals said in worry

" my-my clothes" I stated

" uh yeah...that one... I helped you change from it since you slept dead earlier" she said

Phew...thank you
She was also wearing pj's... She said that her room was besides mine... We trotted our way out of this house... We admit that we got lost a few times but somehow manage to reach the living room at the first floor...

Wow....The house was mostly having a wall of glass even my room is an all-out glass on the outside...

" hmm... Its already lunch time...Hals lets go and clean ourselves" I suggested

She nods in reply and we started to trace our steps back in our room...it took as some time to do so

I went in the room I'm in and notice a note that I've failed to see earlier.... it’s from Lina saying to wear any clothes that’s inside the wardrobe

I instantly went near the wardrobe and opened it...
Woaw...awesome...it’s filled with beautiful clothes... I grabbed a thin white baggy sweater and a tight black legging... Comfy

I got inside the attached bathroom and took a bath... I got to say I enjoyed the bath which took me an hour to be done and I feel so clean

I wore the clothes I picked and got out of the bathroom and their I saw Hals sitting at the bed waiting for me...she wore a white lose shirt and a legging

We went back to the living room and got ourselves some food for lunch... We settled with fried chicken and fries.... yum

We settled at the living room watching We Bare Bears... After we finished our we decided to take a stroll outside

It’s been an hour or so... And Lina arrived a few minutes ago stating that she will wait for us in front of the villa because she found us at the beach

" So, for the next few months you will be learning stuffs and I've already prepared your schedule for it" she said as she handed as a black folder with a certain emblem on it

" you two have different lessons specially your main lessons to accomplish... Righleys will focus on businesses while Halsey will focus on assisting----" and she said many more

Our lesson also includes driving, languages and Martial arts... I did try taekwondo once but then gave up immediately because I was nominated as a student officer

" and with that... Let’s start with driving, Halsey you will be assisted by my secretary Carl" she instructed

We started our first lesson and it was totally nerve-racking...Hals and I almost went head on at first and after a few grips and turns we were able to manage

Our day ended with us shaking after we got out of the car and us being praised by Lina for being a fast learner

What will become of us after this coming month of struggles......
