The café wasn't far from their next stop—barely ten minutes by taxi.
Jeongyeon led confidently, Mina and Tzuyu followed in silence, while Sana nagged the entire way. "Where are we going? Seriously, Jeongyeon—just tell us already!"
"Patience, Sana-ya. It's a surprise," Jeong grinned, refusing to spill.

[ Entrance ]
Sana crossed her arms as the gates came into view. "...Seriously? An amusement park? That's it?" She scoffed. "Big surprise"
Jeongyeon scratched her nape, awkward laugh slipping out. "Ahahaha—well, exams are coming. Thought we deserved a little fun, right Mina? Tzuyu?"
Tzuyu straightened immediately. "Yes! Totally!"
Mina only gave a small nod, quiet as ever.
Sana side-eyed the two of them before sighing dramatically. "...Fine"
After half an hour of queuing for tickets, Jeongyeon set the plan in motion. She clapped her hands. "Since most rides are for two people, let's split into pairs. Sana—are you okay with Tzuyu?"
"Why not?" Sana smirked.
That was... too easy "Alright then, have fun! Byeee~" Jeongyeon snatched Mina's hand and bolted before Sana could argue.
Tzuyu unfolded the map, eyes scanning quickly. "So... what do you want to ride first?"
"Everything!" Sana beamed, grabbing her hand and dragging her like an excited child.

[ Roller Coaster Line ]
Meanwhile, Mina trudged quietly beside Jeongyeon, her expression unreadable. The warmth from Jeong's hand no longer sent those bubbly feelings—it was just... neutral.
Spotting the towering rails nearby, Jeong's eyes lit up. "Want to try the roller coaster? Perfect cure for sleepiness!"
Mina's gaze lingered on the tracks"...If you want, let's go"
"There are two types—fast and faster. Which one?"
"You pick" Mina stared at the train going up and down.
"Alright, nearest one it is!"
They queued, only a short line ahead. Yet silence pressed heavily between them.
Jeong frowned. "...You're awfully quiet, you sleepy?" (•ิ_•ิ)
"not really,"
"You sure?"
"Maybe I'm just sleepy" Mina forced a faint smile.
"Pfft. After this, no way you'll be sleepy anymore" Jeong chuckled.
But Mina's heart raced—not from excitement from dread. She was terrified of roller coasters.

[ On the Ride ]
"Yuhuuu!" Jeong raised her arms dramatically as they boarded, earning a glance from the staff.
Beside her, Mina gripped the safety bar so tightly her knuckles whitened, eyes squeezed shut.
Jeong tilted her head. "...Mina-yah, are you scared?"
No answer.
Jeong nudged her. "Mina?"
"YES? WHAT?!" Mina snapped, startled.
Jeong laughed. "ㅋㅋㅋ So you are afraid of roller coasters"
"..."
"Don't worry. If it's too much, hide in my jacket. Or bite my hand. Or punch my face—whatever works"
Despite herself, Mina let out a small laugh. "ㅋㅋㅋ No thanks.,I'm fine"
The train lurched forward. Mina yelped, instantly regretting her life choices.
As they climbed higher, Mina's fear surged. She wanted to grab Jeong's arm, bury her face, anything—but she held back, clinging desperately to the handle.
"YOU SURE YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO GET IN HERE??" Jeongyeon shouted as the train went higher.
Mina opens her eyes to respond to Jeongyeon, but then she realizes how high the train is, "JEOngyEOn!!!" she briefly whined.
Without thinking, Jeong wrapped her inside her jacket, shielding her view. "Sorry, I didn't know you were this scared—"
The drop came.
"AAAAAAHHHH!!!" Mina's scream pierced the air, nearly deafening Jeong.
She held tight, patting Mina's trembling hands. "It's okay, gwenchana! Almost over!"
Mina just snuggles inside, wishing this ride would end soon, but the train goes up again for another drop.
Jeongyeon saw something red again at the same area, Mina's clavicle emitted weak red light!?wtf is that!? no no that's not important right now!
Finally, when the train slowed, Mina loosened, breathless. "...I'm okay."

[ Aftermath ]
They exited, Mina's eyes glossy.
"You cried?" Jeong asked softly.
Mina glared blankly. "I don't want to ride roller coasters again."
"Got it! No more coasters. Promise." Jeong panicked, nodding repeatedly.
They slumped on a bench. Mina stared at nothing, embarrassed by how she'd clung to Jeong. Meanwhile, Jeong racked her brain on how to cheer her up.
"Mina, wait here for a while, I'm gonna buy some snacks, okay?"
She darted off, returning with fries, drinks, and a whole bottle of ketchup. Dumb idea, she thought—until—
"Ketchup!?" Mina's bright face and sudden volume made Jeongyeon surprised, lol it works!
For the first time all day, Mina smiled brightly. Jeong couldn't help but think— Thank god for ketchup.
