"Oppa..." she panted.
"Y-Yes, Haneul?" Mingyu asked, looking at her.
"We have a problem," she told them.
"Wh-What is it, Haneul?" Mingyu asked, concerned.
"I had a dream. I dreamt that I became a vampire!" Haneul announced.
Everyone turned to look at Vernon and Wonwoo.
"I didn't do it!" Vernon protested.
"Me neither," Wonwoo added.
"What's going on here?" Haneul asked, confused.
"Listen, Haneul. Remember when you asked why you keep fainting?" Dino began, and she nodded. "There's a reason for that."
"What's wrong? Am I sick?" she asked, worried.
"It's not an illness," Dino clarified.
"Then what is it?" she pressed, growing more anxious. Dino looked to the others for help.
Woozi stepped forward. "If we tell you this, can you promise to stay calm?" he asked.
Haneul shrugged. "I can't promise anything."
"What if we told you that your dream wasn't just a dream?" Woozi asked.
Haneul scoffed. "Are you saying the dream is real?" She smiled at them, but her smile faded when she saw the seriousness on their faces. "You're kidding, right? I can't be a vampire! I'm human!" Haneul exclaimed, clutching her head. The sky darkened once again.
"Again?" Jun asked, looking up.
They heard Haneul begin to cry. "Why? Why is this happening to me? Why can't I live a normal life?!" Her cries grew louder.
Mingyu stepped forward and pulled her into a tight hug. "I'm here, Haneul. We're all here. Everything's going to be okay. Just calm down, okay? Don't cry," Mingyu soothed, but Haneul kept crying. He gently rubbed her back. "Calm down. We're here for you. Everything will be alright."
Haneul's sobs began to quiet, and the sky became less dark.
"It's working," Joshua whispered.
Mingyu continued to comfort her until she stopped crying completely, leaving only faint sobs.
Mingyu carefully lifted her in his arms. "I'll put her to sleep."
"Please do," Jeonghan said, looking at her with concern. She looked exhausted.
"So what should we do next?" Vernon asked. Everyone turned to S.Coups.
"What else can we do? We need to tell her the truth—that we're like her," S.Coups said.
"You want us to tell her that we're all vampires? That she's one of us?" Hoshi asked.
"I just want her to know that she's not alone," S.Coups explained.
"In my opinion, Mingyu hyung is the most suitable person for the job. Haneul is close to him. Maybe he can talk to her about it," Seungkwan suggested.
"That's a good idea," Jun agreed.
S.Coups sighed. "I'll talk to Mingyu about it." They all nodded in agreement. "That's all for this meeting. We'll discuss this further another time," S.Coups dismissed them. One by one, they left the room, except for Joshua, who approached S.Coups.
S.Coups looked at him curiously. "Do you need something?" he asked. Without answering, Joshua punched S.Coups in the stomach. S.Coups groaned in pain as blood began to stain his shirt. He glared at Joshua. "You idiot! I tried my best to cover the wound, and you just exposed it!"
