CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN :-
Yeah, you feeling me up or you cheating?

Emarald's POV :-

"Oh yeah? So let the game begin." I stared back in his forest green pools with mischief in my own.

We made our way to the back of the diner where there was a door which had 'Bowling' written on it with a crayon, with a smiley. Wait a second, my mind went 'Aww' right there.

Opening the door, we stepped inside and made our way over to the shoe counter. All of us changed into our respective sizes for which I had to be grilled about.

"Emma, your feet are so small." Why did you have to point out Mike?

"No, my feet are just fine, it's just that you all are big foot." I quickly denied him, but everyone were not done checking my feet out, so yeah.

"What are they 4?" What?!! This was Anne.

"Okay seriously, they are not that small!! I'm a 7." I said, annoyed at the current topic.

"Don't lie, it's definitely a 5." I swatted Jake's head at that, but some people just don't know when to back off.

"Hey, can't hit me." He pouted at me. Good thing pouts don't work on me.

"Why can't I?" By now, most of them had lost interest in our, oh so good, talks. Hannah and Bianca were talking about how to beat the shit out of boys if they try to cheat while Mike and Jasper were going on about some game on friday. Brett was typing something furiously on his phone.

"Because." He uttered, exasperatedly.

"Because isn't an answer." Mike piped in.

"I know but for me it's a form of building suspense." Smartass.

"Smartass." 'Mr. My phone is better than this world' finally said something. Hallelujah.

You're getting dumb. Watch out.

"Shut up Brett, don't dampen my enthusiasm." Why is this guy always like this?

"I didn't do anything, ask your stupidity it's doing wonders." I passed him an amused smile to which this guy winked. Thank god! He has other ways of expressing himself. Why am I even thinking about his expressions?

Because you're the epitome of weirdness.

Thanks for boasting my ego brain. Note the sarcasm.

"Can we please start the game?" I tried to voice out. Key word: tried.

"Sunshine, just give me two minutes to fix his face then we will." Jake tipped his head in my direction.

Rolling my eyes, I muttered a single,"Fine."

"Thank you." And continued on, trying to make Brett realise how big of a dipshit he is. I think I might be getting a headache.

After five minutes or so, we finally started doing what we actually came for, bowling!! Note the sarcasm.

"Okay, girls I think I should go first." Bianca quipped out and continued, "I mean I can play mean and we need to scare them off on the first chance." I didn't try to voice out that I have never ever been defeated in the game known as bowling which might be because that is the only game I've actually ever played, mostly.

The girls agreed on and Hannah told me of how Bianca was the one that saved them from the various bets they did with the boys.

"There was one time, two years ago when the guys and us had a bet, if they won one of us had give a lap dance to each of them while if we won then they had to go to VS without their shirts on and get out wearing pink bras and we gladly won that time. The best part is that they really went through with the deal and we have it on tape."
