9. Hamburgers

Somehow managing school, a job and his time to hang out with his friends. Junhee has manage to do all of it.

He takes a sip from the water bottle as he waits for his ride home.

It has being a few weeks now since Junhee took this job, and he has love every day. Working and talking with many people in a day, and seeing their happy smiles as they enjoy the beverage the university student made.

But it hasn't all being easy for him.

One time he messed up an order and had to apologized with an angry customer. Or the time he took the blame for Byeongkwan not charging by error some student's food.

"You seem to be in your world once again" Donghun says as he keeps typing on his computer. It has being common for the owner to stay after the boy's shift to keep working, while Junhee accompany him while he tried to finish some project or homework making time before heading to school

"Yeah, just that time did go really fast, I am so use to my routine by now" Jun says with a smile as he recycles the empty plastic bottle

"It sure did...and can't believe I still have my same staff" the older says as he goes back to his laptop

Jun looks at the older.

For some reason Jun thought Donghun looked the cutest when he made a pout while concentrating on whatever was on his laptop screen

Just then he receives a text from his later class

Mr. Kang

Sorry to inform
Class will be
Suspended today
Since there
Will be an
University Board
Meeting
See you tomorrow
With the essays
And reviews

Good night.

Jun smiles so happily since he still hasn't finish all of his homework

"You look happier all of the sudden" Hun comments as he looks at the younger

"Yes, I get to get home early today and get to eat with my friends" Jun says as he starts packing his stuff

"Cool, I guess I'll head out also the shop is empty ...." he says as he looks at the clock and notices is barely 6p.m., "want a ride home?" Donghun offers

To which Jun makes another offer

"Have dinner with us?" Jun says and Donghun is a bit surprise, the younger just wanted to make  nice gesture for his boss, since he hasn't eaten anything since morning. Being to focus on the shop and covering for Jun on his lunch break

"Is fine Junhee, I think I'll head home"

"I won't take a no, please besides you can keep working on my house, I'll also need to finish some essays" Jun comments

"Is fine..."

"Hyung let's eat together" and with these words Donghun's heart skips a beat

Seeing the cute expression the obviously handsome Jun is making at that moment

"Ok..." is all he could say before he gets pull up from his seat by a much smaller hand than his, that hold his so softly and warmly

Jun's apartment  is a really small space. But had so many picures, books, paintings and stuff all around the place. Many colors and a really delicious smell fill out the whole space

"Oppa welcome.!!" Somin says from the couch as she jumps up, being surprise to see her friend get home early today. She's about to make a silly dance when her eyes suddenly spot a tall man, with light brown hair and teary eyes

"Good night, sorry for the intrusion" Donghun says a bit awkward as he bows once he also sees Somin. The younger girl also greets him

"Oh, good night, hi"

"Yeodongsaeng, this is Donghun...my boss" and Somin bows once again

"Oh Donghun, thank you for taking care of my Junhee" she says "please come in, I'll make some tea as we wait for dinner" and she excuses her self to the kitchen

"Here Donghun use this slippers" Junhee says as he gives a pair of yellow slippers to the other

"Thank you, your home is quite warm and pretty" the other comments

"You're too nice, we have a mess but we try to make it presentable" Jun says as he smiles and walks in

A busy Sehyoon is making his famous hamburgers in the kitchen. The sizzling sound of the grilling echoes throughout the house. Jun walks in and gives him a tight back hug, as the older turns around surprise to hug him. While Somin keeps telling them to move for her to start setting the table

And while they're busy,  Donghun can see the image of a content family cooking dinner after a busy day from the sofa. Not like his get home, have take out and watch some old drama alone at your house feel, like his.

"Oh good night" Sehyoon says as he bows and moves a few feet to be in the living room, "Donghun right?"

"Yes, hi...and thank you for having me" Donghun says still feeling awkward

"No problem, where three eat also four or whoever else wants to try my famous hamburgers" he says proudly

"Thank you"

"No problem...well make your self at home, there's the TV remote or stereo" and with that Sehyoon rushes back to flip the meat on the pan

Jun then meets him with two cups of berries tea

"Here, dinner will be serve in like a few minutes" Jun comments as he places the cup in front of Hun

"Are you sure, you guys don't need help?" Donghun asks a bit worry he's being a bad guest

"No is fine, Sehyoon doesn't like we get involve with his food preparation and Somin is just texting in there"

"Ok, so is the girl your little sister then?" Donghun asks trying to get to know more about the boy

"I consider her my sister, but she's not like blood related...we just met when Sehyoon also receive her as a roomie, that way our rent could be less..." Jun says as remembers being too weirded out by having a girl in here. But soon came to really get alone with her

"I see, then must be good to have your friends as roomies" Donghun says, since his brothers are much older he didn't got to spend a lot of time with them.

"Yes, actually I used to be in a much smaller studio...meeting Sehyoon save my life", and Donghun just nods 

And before he could say anything, Sehyoon walks in along Somin

"Dinner is ready" Sehyoon says and he sets the food on the coffee table as they take a seat around it

"Let's eat" Junhee says and Donghun feels so happy to eat with more people

Since his last break up, this would be the first time to actually be surrounded by people, in a warm and cozy place.
