Jessica Castellan // Percy Jackson

Chapter 9

It was early morning and I was with Annabeth.

Annabeth - You know, I like hanging out with you.

Jessica - Thanks?

Grover - Hey you two.

Grover caught up with us and we walked with Percy.

Jessica - Where are you headed to?

Percy - I got summoned by Mr. D.

Grover - Why did Mr. D summon you? It's not good to get summoned.

Annabeth - I'm sure it's fine.

Grover - I'm sure you don't summoned to the Big House without a major-league screw-up.

Percy - I didn't screw up. I cleaned the entire coliseum. And vacuumed.

Annabeth - Don't let him get into your head, okay?

Grover - We have a dead camper walking. [Whispers] Dead camper walking, here!

I giggled from Grover's words.

Percy - Thanks. This is friendship.

Grover - I'm just playing, just trying to have a little fun.

Percy - That's alright.

Jessica - Look, you're fine. It's probably just something he wants you to do or to have.

Grover - So, it's okay if I get your cabin when you get kicked out?

I smack Grover's head.

Jessica - Dude.

Annabeth - Seriously, don't worry. It's just Mr. D. I mean, if Chiron had summoned you, then...

We see Chiron waiting for Percy. We stopped. Chiron looked at us all.

Annabeth - Oh, you are so massively screwed.

Percy sighed and left to Chiron as we stayed behind looking at each other and went with Percy.

Percy - Whatever it is you think I did, I didn't do it.

Chiron - You've done nothing, Percy.

Percy - Exactly.

Chiron - As you know, you are believed to be Poseidon's only heir.

Jessica (mouthing) - Oh shit.

He has a sibling.

Percy - Yeah, so?

Chiron - So, it would seem that belief has been held in error.

Grover - Hold on. You're saying Percy has a brother?

Annabeth - Or a sister.

Chiron nodded.

Grover - Holy Styx. Another Poseidon Half-Blood.

Chiron - Not exactly.

Chiron and Percy left inside the Big House.

It was an hour and everybody has left to eat breakfast, I grabbed myself a plate and see Chris not looking happy at all not eating.

Percy wasn't eating but his brother was eating like he hasn't eaten for a long time. Everybody was looking at him.

Jessica - What's your name?

Tyson - Tyson.

Jessica - I'm Jessica.

I shake hands with him and Percy looked at me.
