Okay, I've had this one for a long time and I may make an OC based on this quirk. SO, how Snow Copy works is that..god how do I explain this.
Wherever it's snowing, or had snow, weather it be America, Asia, Australia, Central America, Canada, any place that has snow on the ground in fine layer, this quirk allows the student to copy any quirk anywhere near the snow.
This takes an unimaginable amount of concentration and focus for you to actually obtain the quirk but once you have the quirk, it's like you already know how to use it.
I was actually working on a scene for my OC in BNHA in my head, and was it epic...
