Quirk Name: Red String of Fate
Type: Mutant (?)
Description: This quirk has two or more strings that extend from their back. Near the ends of these red strings, they curl and form into hands. Real, fleshy hands. The user does not have a limit to how many strings they have in their back, nor can they control it. They could have only two, or they could have 10, or 50.
Drawbacks:
- The user has to be completely still to manipulate all the hands at once. If they are not, they can only control one at a time.
- The hands have a mind of their own when the user is not controlling them.
