Quirk Name: Present Launcher

Description: This user has the ability to summon a large bazooka. This firearm has 3 modes. Exploding Present, which is pretty self-explanitory. Present Barrage, which allows the firearm to fire presents with various medicines, bandages, etc. And lastly, Santa's Coal, which can fire large chuncks of coal and explode on contact (like exploding present but w/ bigger explosions.)
Drawbacks:
- This firearm does not work well in warm/hot weather.
- The bazooka can only work if the user is in high spirits, if not, the firearm will not activate.
