Sometimes starting a conversation and picking a topic to talk about can be a little rough, but here's how to start a conversation when talking about singers and bands.
You can always start by asking the person what bands and singers they like. Some people will usually respond with "Oh I like this band and that band" or something along those lines. Other people might say what they like and then ask you the same exact question. When you answer it just say "I like ...... and also ....." and you should get through that part of the conversation. If someone wants you to describe why you like the singer or band you can use something to describe the band or singer and what stands out to you. Such as, they all have extremely good voices or the songs connect with my life and make me feel happy, their fan connection really makes me want to meet them, or you can comment on how attractive or cute they are lol. Whenever having a conversation make sure to remain confident and maybe show some videos of the band or singer that you are talking about. If someone doesn't seem interested you can always change the topic or ask them to tell you why they like a band.
Overall, I wanted to help some people if they are confronted by an English speaker and they become nervous to give them some pointers and key ways they can carry on the conversation. Its never ever rude to ask the person what something means so remain confident everyone. You can all master English!! 💖💖
