'There.' I did a step backwards. 'You asked for a passionate kiss, I gave you one. Leave.' I looked impatiently around the park if I saw Liz anywhere. Still no sign.
'How can I ever leave after such a kiss! That was our first real kiss! Most of them were just quick.' The big smile on Rebecca's face didn't tell me anything good.
'You said: give me a passionate kiss, then I'll leave you alone for the rest of the day! You promised!'
'Nu-uh. I said!' The teasing look on her face was horrible.
'Promised! Leave Rebecca! I'm expecting someone!' I groaned. Secretly I was glad she was late, now I could finish the argument with Rebecca and make sure she left.
'Ugh! One hug. One hug is all I ask.'
I sighed. 'How long?'
'30 seconds.'
Another sigh. 'Deal.'
In my head I counted the seconds till I could let her go. This were probably the longest thirty seconds of my entire life. 28, 29, 30! I had to push her off me. I let go, she didn't. Literally overly attached.
'Okay, can you please leave now?'
'Sure!' She turned around, hitting my face with her straw hair. I tried to wipe the foundation spot off my shoulder, unsuccessfully. I hope Liz wouldn't notice.
I sat down on the park bench, checking my watch. She was already fifteen minutes late. Where was she? She will show up, right? I looked at the ducks. They came swimming to me, begging for food. Maybe she forgot the time? I made another attempt to get rid of the foundation spot. I was wearing a black jacket, the skin-collored spot really stood out. Maybe she didn't know what to wear? I looked around, hoping to see Liz somewhere. 30 minutes late... Which girl comes 30 minutes late?! Maybe she was nervous? I couldn't wait till I saw her face. The forest green eyes and her wooden hair matched perfectly together, she is so gorgeous. Lord Of The Liz. My precious. I looked around once again. Maybe she doesn't know where the park is? I grabbed out my phone.
Where are you? Nick
No reaction. She didn't answer my calls either. I couldn't just visit her house... That would be so, cheesy! After my thirth text, she was already and hour late. I was still sitting in the same spot, the park bench by the pond. In the next fifteen minutes there was still no sign of her. Though there was fan.
'O-M-G! Nick! I'm your biggest fan!'
'Great!' I said not-amused. I gave her an autograph and a picture, hoping she would leave soon.
After another half hour I lost all hope. She wouldn't show up. To make sure, I waited for another 15 minutes. I stoop up. She didn't even show up! Then she probably wasn't worth my attention. She probably thought that she was too good for me. I even saved her! This is what I get? A rejection? What a sweet, lovely girl...
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket again to text my best friend.
Damn bitch... She didn't even show up!
A reply came soon.
Wow dude... You really messed up this time. She did come, she was perfectly on time! You better have a damn good reason!
My brain started working. Perfectly on time. On time. Perfectly. Holy brown cow! She saw me and Rebecca kissing at the park! Oh god, oh god, oh god!
I tried to call Alex, he didn't answer. I'm a loser. Complete asshole. Douchebag. Noob.
I came home, slamming doors and running stairs. I went straight to my room, Immediatly kicked Rebecca out and covered the videocamera's with some of my shirts. I made sure the door was locked. What the hell was I going to do now? I completely messed up... I was never going to get her to trust me.
