Samir bannout is only a one time Mr Olympia but its hard enough to win one in the first place.He won his title in 1983 after Chris Dickerson.He was the seventh to ever win a Mr Olympia.He was really involved in Joe Weider's magazines such as Flex,Muscle Up,Iron Man and more.
His professional career lasted seventeen years.He was suspended for quite a while after the 1984 Mr Olympia.People say it was because he got in an argument with one of the official's.He placed first in the WABBA World Championship 1985 and 1986.His lower back development was incredibly muscular and was so defined that it ended up looking like a Christmas tree.He was also open about steroid use but only used them for certain reason's.He said "I don't use steriod's to be a monster because I don't think monster's win."He admitted the use of them to reverse catabolic effect's.Catabolic and anabolic effects are caused in the organism to also be known as metabolism.
