Noah's P.O.V
Okay so was I sad about Evan liking someone and getting asked out. Yes, am I still 100% that I'm never going to tell him about my feelings because he's just another straight guy I like just like all the others. Why can't a cute gay guy just like me back?!
As I think about how am going to be lonely forever I get a text.
Evan: hey so I said yes to Cassie...
Me: oh really that's great wanna FT
Evan: sure
the phone rings a few times and then he picks up
" So where are you two going," I say, a little jealous.
" the pizza place near school," he says and I smile and try to make it look convincing that am not heartbroken.
" hey you okay you seem off today, did something happen?" he asks
" something like that but don't worry I'm fine," I say, not actually fine
" okay just know that you can talk to me, also I was wondering, what do you mean you know Cassie a little too well?" he asks
" oh um, well um, you see we used to be, be um, friends and then she did something, and we stopped talking," I say and it's not a complete lie.
I just left out a few details.
We talk for a while until he falls asleep
" I wish you liked me back" I whisper as I feel a tear roll down my cheek and more just keep falling and I cry myself to sleep all because I can't have him.

When I wake up I have tear-stained cheeks and Evan on my screen.
He has very messy hair he looks kinda cute. Just then, his eyelids start to open when he looks at the camera his faces goes red.
" Sorry I fell asleep," he says while rubbing his neck.
"it's okay," I say while blushing.
" Noah come downstairs!" I hear one of my parents say
"um, I got t go, I'll call you later" I say and he nods and smiles. I love his smile. I hang up the phone and go downstairs.
"who were you talking to?" Emma asks
" well come eat," Lily says.
We sit down and eat crepes I didn't eat that much. all I can think about is if Evan heard what I said last night.

Evan's P.O.V.
Okay, so I think I dreamed of Noah saying he likes me but I don't know. But it doesn't matter because I'm straight and so is he and I have a date with a girl who I hardly know and people say she's dated almost everyone in the school but it's fine.
I lay down on my bed and then it hit me.
Has Noah ever killed someone?
How often does he go and drink blood?
Does he drink human blood or animal blood?
I can't see him hurting anyone and then I feel asleep
I wake up to texts from Noah I open my phone and look at them
Noah: hi
Noah: you there???????????
Noah: Are you okay??
Noah: text me when you can
and other texts like that I think it's nice how he cares so much. I love how he puts others first. STILL STRAIGHT. I check the time and see I slept for 3 hours
Me: hey sorry I fell asleep
Noah: oh sorry for spamming your phone
Me: it's fine what did you wanna talk about
Noah: um you what I forgot
Me: ok
Me: well wanna FT
Noah: sure
Noah :)
(accept ) Decline
Call accepted
" Hi Noah," I say with a goofy grin on my face
"Hi," he says with his adorable smile 100%. Straight. Maybe not, but that's not the point.
"what's up?" I say with the same smile on my face
" well um we have school tomorrow so I not happy about that but then again we have our comfy beds so," he says
" True, true," I say.
Great.
I sound like an idiot.
We talk for an hour till he fell asleep and I whisper
"I think I like you" I watch him sleep because he looks so peaceful and then I fall asleep myself.
