luke abruptly woke up, looking over at the alarm clock on the bedside table; 2:59 am.
the second the time changed to 3:00 am, luke felt something wet on his body and looked down.
a gasp escaped his lips as he saw all the blood pooled around him. he was literally lying in it.
he jumped out of the bed, hearing a menacing laugh echo around the room as he did.
he clenched his eyes closed, hoping this was all a dream.
he opened his eyes, but backed up against the wall when seeing a figure standing in front of him.
everything about the figure was dark, except it's eyes. they were such a intriguing shade of green.
the figure stepped closer, making luke back up against the wall as much as he could.
the figure's eyes darkened to almost black, as his breath fanned against luke's face. "hi, luke."
