Jace's POV (6 days later, USS Gerald R. Ford) We were sitting in a briefing room with the squad of Green Berets going over the assault plan one last time.

The rear admiral was motioning to pieces on a small model "Wendigo and Finka will be breaching from this position on the east side, at the same time operators Thatcher and Zofia will breach from the west side to the third floor. Buck and Kapkan will be breaching from the sky light on the roof rappelling into the compound. Meanwhile Hitman 3-1, Mute, Glaz and his element will assault the from the basement using the charges provided by Rainbow. Hitman 2-1 and Nomad will breach use her element to breach the main entrance. We'll have to move quietly and quickly. If we pull this off, the head is off the snake and we can burn the rest." We all nodded as we stared at the plan, I sighed "timing's necessary" we moved to one of the sim rooms and scanned in the blueprints of the compound going over each part and practicing our timing making it picture perfect until everything was crystal clear. We were loading into the match as we looked at the blueprints (A/N it's the same layout as the pre-change Hereford just with a skylight by the staircase) I sighed as I selected my shotgun and Gustave's hand(his revolver) before selecting flashbangs and loading in. I watch the starting animation as we flew in and rappelled to the roof before looking at my team of operators "Everyone get to your position." They gave me a nod and we rigged and checked our rappel points before Lera and I slowly lowered ourselves to the windows on the 3rd floor placing our breach charges.

I heard Zofia "breach in position waiting on Buck and Kapkan" I radioed back "Rog' were in position. Buck we almost good to go?" I heard a grunt "Yeah, these knots are just being obnoxious" I sighed "let me know when you're set." Just then I heard Hitman 2-1 "Wendigo, in position waiting for orders to execute" I looked at Lera "Roger, just waiting for one of our teams to get in fucking position!" I heard buck sigh as she chuckled "Understood holding position." I radioed 3-1 "Hitman 3-1 you guys ready to go?" I head faint unfamiliar voice before I realized it's mute "yeah, we're good" I nodded "Rog' Buck sometime within this lifetime" as buck said "in position" As I sighed "about fucking time" he didn't reply as I said "Make ready, 3.. 2.. 1.. breach!" As I pushed off the wall and detonated the charge as I flew through the window lifting my shotgun firing a slug into the chest of a mask in front of me before shifting my aim 90 degrees to the right checking the rest of the room "Clear!" I heard Lera "Clear!" I walked to the door she walked over and stacked up as we moved to the hallway, I didn't hear any gunshots in any of the other rooms so I nodded as I yelled "Zofia! Thatcher! You good?!" I heard Zofia "Yeah! We're good! Thatcher got stuck in the window" As they linked up on Lera and I, we formed a serpentine clear formation
