And I got the thought of our UN's meeting as well!
Since UN was formed in 1945 (80 years ago), I gave him into a child :3
He may be young, but he has the combined knowledge of all the countries that's in the UN-
But he still likes to play around a lot. But since he's a kid, not a lot of countries let him do what he wants to do, and only come to him as the final decider / peacemaker. He's pretty much a stress-reliever for everyone.
