6. Myth: Dragon

Are large reptilian creatures. Can resemble large snakes or other reptiles. They are also called Wyrms. Can appear as winged, horned, four-legged and even possibly being able to breath fire.

In other places a Dragon can be wingless, have four legs and be intelligent. Can have snakelike features, reptilian scaly skin, three or four toes on each clawed feet/hand, may have spiny nodes on their backs, a tail and have sharp razor like teeth. May be referred to as Draco or Drakon meaning large serpent or sea serpent.

Dragons that re unruly can be tamed by a heroic hero. Though most Dragons keep to themselves as well. They have a big appetite, live in caves and some may even hoard treasures.

In some cultures, Dragons are considered good fortune and thought to have power over rain.
