3 months..

It's been 3 months since Rosalie and Emmett brought Faith home, and its been like the Cullens world has been flipped upside down. Rosalie and Emmett have been obsessed over they're new baby. Esme and Alice have also been very excited to spend time with her, they would coo and coddle her whenever they could. The Cullen women were delighted to have a baby in the house.

Carlisle, was also attending to the baby, but just not as much as the girls have. Every day before he left for work, he would peak into her nursury and do a quick health check while his 'kids' were hunting or getting ready for school. However he couldn't help but be fascinated by his granddaughter, she was another species of vampire called a nightwalker, but he also knew that from his friendship with one that they also couldn't have children, he couldn't help but feel curious at perhaps it was something to do with her witch side.

Esme would be delighted because she had the whole day to herself and her granddaughter. To the Cullen mother it felt like a dream, since she lost her newborn son, she had always wanted another child and although she had her adopted children it wasn't exactly the same. Sure she now had children but they were all teenagers when they were turned, she had secretly always wanted a baby in the house and now that she finally had one, a grandchild no less, Esme would absolutely spoil her.

Alice was ecstatic, she was an aunt. She never thought that this would happen, it was a surprise but a most welcome surprise. For whatever reason Faith couldn't be seen in any of her visions at first she was concerned but let that feeling go after a while seeing as there was nothing to worry about, after all from what Rosalie and Emmett said she has a different race of vampire and a witch. They're was bound to be a loop hole.

Jasper, unlike his bubbly, happy mate, didn't coddle the baby when most of his family did. He didn't like being in the same room as her, not that he hated or disliked her, no, it was because he was afraid he could hurt her. Despite what Rosalie had said when she had brought Faith home it had nothing to sooth him, while he couldn't deny that he was a little happy himself about having a new member to the family it also made him extremely cautious, as an empath he felt constant hunger and not just his own but everyone else's. Which made him want to stay away from the infant as much as possible.

Edward, hated the baby. It's that simple, he hated the child. While his family coddled and cooed that little creature, he knew that it wasn't as innocent as everyone thought. It was dangerous to have even a human baby, but a child half vampire half witch, no, that was just a whole new level, they should've just given the child to the Volturi and be done with it. However shortly after that thought he immediately discarded it. If those greedy power hungry kings every caught wind of a half vampire and half of another creature they would hunt them down and force them to join the guard. Even though he hated the infant, he wouldn't wish that on anyone. But it annoyed him to no end on why her mind was silent. He couldn't read her mind and everytime he tried it was silent, but on a certain occasion he would her some kind of music coming from inside her head, a lullaby of sorts. It captured his attention, it was soft and beautiful, Edward couldn't help the edge to play it on his piano, but fought against it, knowing that if he did he'd let that little monster know that she had a hold over him, which she certainly did not.

Emmett couldn't have been more happy. He had a daughter, a little princess of his own, someone he could protect, and love, someone who would live and grow and have a future, unlike the other people in this house. When Faith was left in her crib asleep at night, Emmett couldn't help but come in and stare at her, she amazes him. She was perfect, she had little whisps of black hair head, like Emmett, but he could see that when she grew up she would look like Rosalie. He couldn't help the swell of pride that burst in his chest at the thought. Even though she wasn't there's she was taking up after them and Emmett couldn't have been more proud of his princess.

To say that Rosalie wasn't happy would be the biggest lie ever told. She had everything she ever wanted. A beautiful house, an adoring family, a loving husband, and a beautiful child she can call her own. Yes everything was perfect, she had a baby, a baby. The one thing she had wanted more than anything she finally had, it was like a missing puzzle piece that had finally been put into place, and now she felt whole. Ever since she was turned she became bitter and cold, a true ice queen, who had beaten and raped who only wanted revenge on those who condemned her to this life and make them pay, and when she found Emmett things became easier, even though she helped him, she couldn't help but be cautious of him, he had the same hulking figure as the other men who had taken advantage of her. But when she realized that he loved her she couldn't help but do the same for the sweet gentle giant and although, she did love Emmett she did want one thing she could never have.

A child, but now she had one, and everything felt right..
