"And she just turned and walked away from me- she didn't have a hint of anxiety, nervousness- nothing!" I yelled in Calum's office as he sat with a smug grin on his face.

"Luke, you should be happy that she wasn't scared to go anymore" calum laughed to me.

"I am happy." I spoke, convincing myself as I said it.

"I just- why the boy? Why couldn't the student body president be anyone but that kid?!" I spoke quickly, seeing Calum smiling bigger and bigger.

"This is not funny." I spoke firmly to him.

"You're being such an overprotective dad right now" he spoke as Michael and Ash entered together.

"I know what boys want at that age-" "Aaliyah has morals, Luke, and either way- we can't stop them from doing everything and you know that from your own experience." Calum told me, making me roll my eyes.

I'd kill him if I found out he even looked at Aaliyah in a sexual way.

"Why are you concerned over this? It's not like they're going to make out and have sex the first day they meet anyway- if he stays around for a few weeks you can start freaking out over all of this, but until then- just relax and let her have fun." Ashton laughed lightly.

"Shes never been around this many guys around her age, they're going to give her attention that she's never gotten before, she's going to end up falling for a total asshole-" "slow the fuck down." Michael laughed lightly.

"You're right, Aaliyah hasn't been around many guys her age and a lot of things these guys are going to tell her will be new to her, but literally every single day since the day we met her, we have showered her in compliments- She is going to hear and understand the difference between the way assholes talk to her and the way we talk to her and she'll know. We've done a damn good job at teaching her how she deserves to be treated, but if she falls for anything lower than what she deserves, we can let her learn her lesson, then we pick up the piece and remind her again." Michael spoke, making everyone in the room look to him, because he was so right.

"She knows her worth" I told myself.

"I can't wait to go pick her up."
