Asuna POV
It's been a few weeks since (y/n) learned the truth about why I was there when his mother died and he's been taking it surprisingly well all things considered, "Sweetie let's head home, it's getting late." I said sweetly, "But Mama!" (y/n) complained, "No buts young man. Let's go home." I said, "Ok Mama." He said sadly, "Hey when we get home I'll make your favorite dinner." I said.
"Mama's cooking is the best!" (y/n) said happily as he ate, "Well someone's mood sure changed quickly." I said with a slight laugh. "Sweetie I don't want you to fall asleep out in the open without me, Sky, or aunt Liz with you. There has been an increase in sleep PK's lately and I'm worried about you." I said as I took a sip of my tea, "But Mama!" He said, "No but's young man, I'm gonna have to not only pull rank but play my mom card here. If you would get hurt how do you think I'd feel?!" I said, "Sad?" He said, "That's right I'd be very sad!" I said.

The next morning I went out hunting with Sky for a few hours before we returned to the town of beginnings. "Hey (y/n) look, there's a tournament going on. We should enter!" Sky said, "Why would I do that?" I asked, "Because if you win I'll do something very special for you." She said as she winked, "DEAL!" I said, "That was a big change of heart. I expect you to make it to the finals." She said, "I'll make you proud!" I said.
