The Unexpected Prime (On Hiatus and Editing)

Chapter 23 + 24

As I came out a battle was raging on, Optimus was behind some crates of processed energon and in front of him were groups of soldiers  standing opening fire down at him. A couple of them saw me and began shooting in my direction. I ran for cover behind some cubed energon, 'I have to act quickly or we'll be overwhelmed by troops'. I closed my optics for a moment and cleared my thoughts.

I opened them with a strategy, 'drill my way out'. So I began spinning my drills and ran full force toward the enemy. I slashed back and forth, ripping and biting in all directions with a force not to meddle with. I saw in some glimpses some troops hiding and calling for backup, 'I have to stop these waves of soldiers somehow but how!?' I looked around and saw a control panel beside the door. 'Looks I have to dive into deeper waters now', Optimus was taking cover behind me so it was all up to me to stop this. I ran towards the panel while taking down some troops in the process, it was kinda fun. I had finally made it to the panel, Optimus was blasting the soldiers that were heading my way.

I closed the door and smashed the panel, all I heard from outside was some yelling. Good thing I wasn't over on the other side, Optimus looked fine but he did look a bit tired. Suddenly I heard some banging from outside then I saw slash marks breaching through the door, a large blast erupted from the door...they had broken through. My time to rest was over, it was back to fighting again. As the smoke dispersed, I saw a large figure with its gun pointing straight at me. Through the dust Megatron shoned through with his arm cannon ready to fire right at my face.

I growled in anger at Megatron, he simply laughed sickly at my response. The smoke still hid my form but he knew I was there, Megatron came closer then just suddenly stopped laughing. Realizing my form got an upgrade, the smoke lifted revealing my new transformation. His gaze trailed away from me, he saw Optimus right behind him ready with his guns in hand aiming at his head. Megatron lowered his cannon and grinned, "What brings you here to my warship, a suicide or surrender dear Optimus?" Megatron asked amusingly.

"We have come to seek you Megatron for assistance in my training against the chaos bringer." I said at megatron turning his attention back to me.

"Why me? You have a Prime with you, that is all the assistance you could ever get to fight against Unicron!" asked Megatron.

" There is a new prime in this war that needs you to submit Unicron into his slumber once more. That new Prime is Silvus that once was silver." Optimus spoke, his blaster not leaving its aim of Megatron's helm.

"Ah, that is what I felt in this room. It was the wolftacon who was generating this mass of extraordinary power. She is a Prime now, hadn't expected one that was stronger than the primes to be one." he responded amused by the news.

 "Well then let's make a deal. If you defeat me in a fight, I will come with you and give you as much guidance as I can. But if I win, you surrender yourselves to the decepticons. Understood Silvus Prime?" Megatron purposed. 

I hesitated thinking it over for a second, 'Our lives rest in my hands during this match, I'll have to give it my all or we'll be doomed.'

"It's a deal, no tricks Megatron" I responded to him annoyingly.

Megatron and his troops went away, I saw a glimpse of a red figure hiding behind a wall. I walked over towards Optimus to see if he was okay. He was alright but was just exhausted from the fight,' I hoped I didn't regret my decision'. 

I walked over toward the wall where the red figure was, it had disappeared. But I knew where he was, I walked around trying to search for the room. I had Optimus tagging along with me just in case i get myself into trouble.
