I woke up to see Cedric's peaceful face and the sun bright.

I watched his chest rise and fall, his eyes closed and his eyelashes fluttering slightly.

I smiled to myself. How did I get this lucky?

I traced every feature of his face lightly with my left hand. From his jawline to his cheekbones.

"Mm, That feels nice." His eyes slowly opened and smirked at me. His voice was a little hoarse from the calm awakening.

His eyes were still squinting slightly due to the sudden change of brightness.

"Morning babe." I kissed the tip of his nose gently.

"Good morning sunshine." He laughed softly.

"I love you." I kissed him slowly and he kissed back, just as passionately as me.

"Love you too. More even."

We laid there, whispering sweet nothings to each other.

"Impossible." I teased.

"Nope." He whispered.

"Prove it then Mr Diggory." I smirked.

"Happily, Miss (L/N)." He kissed me yet again.

What a nice way to wake up.

I pulled back the covers from my body and started to get up. He grabbed my waist and pulled me back.

"No~ stay with me." He demanded jokingly.

"In your dreams Diggory, get up." I laughed.

"Just a little longer?" He looked so innocent.

"Fine, five more minutes." I compromised.

We had recovered from the war eventually, the nightmare here and there, and we were so happy that I doubt anything on this fucking messed up world could bring us down.

He draped his arm around me lazily and I just curled into it.

"Y'know, I have a hard time saying no to you." I told him truthfully.

"Oh really?" He raised an eyebrow.

I nodded and just laid there. It was so peaceful and romantic.

A morning that you could only get with Cedric Amos Diggory.

"Okay, now seriously, we need to get up." I yawned and got up. He followed me up and we brushed our teeth in the bathroom. I stood in front of the sink and looked into the mirror.

A hand snaked around my waist and hugged me tightly.

I smiled and finished brushing my teeth and washed my face.

"Now, out! I need to shower." I hit him with my towel gently.

"We could do it together." He joked.
