Chapter 9

YVES POV

Today is moving day, we decided to stay up and organize our things to make it easier to pack. "Olivia, can you go pick up some coffee", I asked walking into her room. "How many should I get?", she asked grabbing a jacket. "Well I think everyone is coming so we can get out of here by today, so 12.", I replied. She nodded her head and left with gowon. I went back into my room and started to pack my bookshelf I found some cool postcards from places I've visited, some pictures of Gowon Olivia and I from last year and the year before, I found some dance medals and my old journal.

I sit down and flip through the pages, there were drawing, some writing, lists of places I wanted to visit, and memories of places I had visited. I turn another page and I found a journal entry it read

'Today I saw a really beautiful girl today, she has long reddish brown hair she always has a smile on her face. The girls I usually like are the opposite of that I usually like edgy type girls at one point I think I liked Olivia believe it or not,but something about her caught my eye, I wouldn't say I'm at the point where I have a crush on her but I definitely do find her very admirable. Who knows maybe one day I'll work up the courage to talk to her, but for now I think I need to lay low especially around my family if they found out I liked girls who knows what could happen.'

I close it and toss it into the box I feel like i should be sad  seeing that but all I feel is angry I get up grab my keys and head out

*text messages*
Yves: I'll be back I'm going to go get some boxes and bins

Olivia: okay we will be at the house in like 10 minutes

I get in my car I went and got some bins from target so I wouldn't be questioned by the girls. I pull into a driveway I've pulled onto a thousand times I sit in my car contemplating on whether I should go knock on the door or just back out and go home. I get out of the car and walk up to the front door I raise my hand to knock but I stop myself I couldn't bring myself to knock I turn around and walk back to my car I take one last look at the house before I got a call. I look at the phone and see my girlfriends name pop up I immediately smile I answer the call

"Hey my love where did you go?" She asked acting cute
"I went to go get some bins I'll be home right now baby girl", I said happily
I look up and see my mom walking up to my car my heart skipped a beat.
"Hurry I want to give you hugs and kisses", chuu said laughing
"Okay I'll hurry babe" I said trying to put my seatbelt on quickly
"I love you so much" she said in a loving voice. I quickly pull out of the driveway right before my mom got to my window. I quickly speed off to the next street. I pull over to finish the conversation with my girlfriend.
"I love you way more dont fight me on this babe",  I said trying to be calm.
"Fine bc I know I'll lose, and hurry I miss you.", I can tell by her tone she is pouting.
"You're not pouting are you?" I asked
"No" she quickly replied
"Yes you were", I heard kimlip say
"Shut up she can't  know because then i won't get any kisses", she said sadly.
"I'll  give you all the kisses you want when I get home"  I say getting back onto the road.
"I want kisses and more",  she said the last part seductively.
"Ew get a room please", I heard gowon say.
"Wait in my room I'll be home in 3 minutes", I replied.
"See you soon", she said before hanging up.
