Chapter 20

CHUUS POV
I woke up feeling arms around me I look around confused at first but then I relax realizing that it was just Yves. I roll on my side so I'm facing Yves, I managed to free one of my arms I move her hair out of her face I couldn't help but smile and feel happy. "I hope you are happy right now my love, I'll try to be there for you more than I was before. I won't fail you this time", I whispered as I caressed her face. I kiss the tip of her nose and pull her closer to me, "Good morning baby girl", she said as she wakes up. "Good morning beautiful", I said still hugging her. "Did you sleep well?", she asked before kissing my cheek. "I slept great because I was with you", I said burrowing my head in the crook of her neck. "Maybe you should spend the night more often", she chuckled. "Don't tempt me", I mumbled slightly pulling away. "Do you have class today or work?", she asked after laughing. "No I have Mondays off both work and school and then I have Wednesdays and Fridays off of school", I said loosening my grip on her. "Do you want to go to the shopping center and look around, i'll buy you whatever you want", she said booping my nose. I scrunch my nose " One you don't have to buy me anything and two I'd love to go with you", I said smiling. She leaned in and kisses my lips I smile and kiss her back. "Let's get ready", she said giving me one last peck before pulling away. She grabs a top and some jeans out and hands it to me "Here you go love", I smile and grab the clothes we quickly change and head downstairs. "Look at the couple wearing matching outfits", Choerry said awing over Yves and I. "We aren't a couple, we are just very friendly right now",Yves said walking into the kitchen. I felt a sting in my heart, I quietly sit down on the couch across from choerry. "Don't be sad, just give it some time", she said squeezing my hand. "I know but it still hurts",I said sighing. "I know, just be patient", she said rubbing circles on my hand with her thumb. I nod and pull her into a quick hug "thank you, I love you", I said giving her a squeeze. "What's going on here?", Yves said walking in. "I was just asking Chuu for some advice", she said giving me a wink. I smile at choerry and I look back at Yves who looks angry, "You ready to go", I asked standing up. "Yeah let's go", she said through gritted teeth. "Bye choerry I'll see you later", I said waving bye to her. Yves quickly grabs my arm and pulls me out the door. "Are you okay?", I asked jogging trying to keep up with her. "I'm just peachy", she said quickly. She unlocks the car and we get in the car and she pulls out of the driveway quickly and speeds off "Yves slow down", I said grabbing her arm. She looks at me her expression softens and she pulls over, "what's wrong?", I asked as she puts the car in park. "I'm sorry, I got jealous back there seeing you with choerry it reminded me of Heejin and Sua", she said sitting back. "Look at me.", i said guiding her face so she is looking at me. "You are the only girl I want, you are the only girl I love. If I had the fucking privilege I'd marry you right here right now. I don't want any other girl, I want you", I said cupping her face. The way she looked at me was full of love she smashes her lips into mine I was taken aback at first but I kissed back after a moment we pull apart when breathing became necessary we press our foreheads together with our eyes closed we jump apart startled by someone knocking on the window Yves looks up and looks at the person confused she starts to lower the window and I turn to see who it was, I froze when I saw who it was. "Mom?", i said shakily. "Hello jiwoo, I thought that was your car I saw", she snarled. "Who is this",she said disgusted and points to Yves. I tried to speak but no words were coming out "I'm Yves, her girlfriend", she said through gritted teeth. "Oh your mother must be proud to have a daughter like you", my mom said sarcastically. "Yeah she was so proud she kicked me out", Yves said chuckling. "Maybe I should go have coffee with your mother", my mom said smirking. "Yeah, you can join her in hell. I'm sure we'll see you there since you both seem to think your daughters being in love is a sin", Yves said speeding away. I felt like I couldn't breathe, I felt an overwhelming sense of sadness and anger take over I had the hardest time catching my breath Yves looked over and and pulled into an empty parking lot she quickly runs around to my side of the car she opens the door and kneels I front of me "breath my love breath", she said panicking I finally take a deep breath I let out a cry with that breath I feel my body start shaking she pulls me into a hug and I just let out uncontrollable sobs "I hate her, I hate her", I said crying. "It's okay, she isn't here", Yves said drawing circles on my back to comfort me. "Do you want to go home?" She asked I nod, she buckles me in closed my door and runs to the other side of the car she gets in and we drive back to the house. Luckily no one else was home she gets out and goes to my side and pulls me out we go into the house and we go up to her room. She lays me down and sits next to me she rubs my back and just comforts me until I fall asleep.
