Chapter 9

     Katatapos lang ng dinner namin at pabalik na kami ngayon ni Maxx at Flora sa dorm namin.

"Seems like mas nagiging close na kayo ng brother mo ah"-sabi ni Maxx while smiling, ang ganda talaga ng babaeng yan lalo na kapag nakangiti.

"Well yeah, nasabi naman na niya sakin kung bakit iniiwasan niya ako before and I understand about it"-I said while shrugging.

"Hays ang ganda ng buwan ngayon, ay teka nga bago ko pa malimutan 'di ba bukas na ang freshmen's party? Anong isusuot natin?"-sabi ni Flora na para bang problemadong problemado.

"Bukas na ba yun? May klase parin ba tayo nun?"-I ask out of curiosity kasi sa Human world kapag may ganyan may klase parin before the event.

"Wala na. Let's talk about this once nasa dorm na tayo, okay?"-sabi ni Maxx na pareho naman naming ikinatango ni Flora.

"So... ano na nga ang suot natin tomorrow? Argh I forgot that we need a partner!"-Flora said then rolled her eyes at the mention of partner.

"Are we really required to have a partner there? I mean pwede naman sigurong tayo nalang tatlo"-I said hopefully, since bago ako dito I don't understand a lot of things but I'm still trying.

"Required yun Ice, maybe we could ask some of our classmates since most of them are nice anyway."-Maxx said nonchalantly, wahhh ang cool niya lang ha.

"Oh well Ice ikaw na bahala sa partner mo ha, I'll help you guys with your outfit nalang"-Flora said na ngayon ay tuwang tuwa na.

"Oh sure, I don't mind"-I smile kasi naman puro jeans lang naman ang alam kong suotin hahaha.

     Flora first help Maxx, we scan her dresser and Flora picked a dozen of clothes there then splayed it all on Maxx's bed.

"Let's see, since wala namang theme tomorrow, ako ang gagawa ng theme for the three of us. Since Maxx and I are both connected to earth we will wear something with flowers while you my dear Ice have to wear connected to Ice magic!"-mukhang excited talaga si flora sa ginagawa niya.

    May kinuha siyang floor length na skirt which is color chocolate brown, and a white fitted crop top na may printed na vines and flower. Kumuha nalang siya ng black na sandals for it then put a flower crown for the finishing touch.

"This is for you Maxx, make sure na be sweet kahit ngayon lang"-Flora huffed as she gave the pair of clothes to Maxx who just make a face at her.

"Okay now it's your turn Ingrid, wait is it okay to call you that? It sounds better"-flora asked while facing me.

"Yup, tsaka isa pa almost everyone is calling you  Ice so we'll just call you Ingrid!"-Maxx said while clapping her hands.

"Sure, no one calls me that anyway"-I shrugged then smiled at them.

"Let me see your clothes!"-Flora exclaimed then started sorting out my clothes.

"Don't you have any dress or skirts?"-Flora seems frustrated habang kinakalkal ang damitan ko.

"Well, I do, but I didn't bring any"-I said with a small voice then scratch the side of my head.

"Hays this won't do, puro ka leggings and jeans and shirt and pedal and pants! Argh this is frustrating me"-napatawa nalang kami sa sinabi ni Flora, she really looked stress out because of my clothes.

"I'll just lend you my clothes, come here alam ko na ang ipapasuot sayo"-she said while dragging me to her dresser.

     She picked out a tan color floor length dress, sleeveless sya at kita dito ang colar bones ko. Litaw ako sa dress na yun dahil sobrang puti ko na at daig ko pa ang mga endorser ng whitening soaps sa tv. Nilagyan niya din yun ng black na belt na bagay lang sa dress na merong slit hanggang sa mid thigh ko.

     She picked out a tan color sandals with a touch of gold. It looks cute but elegant, inabot ko na yung dress ng ibigay niya sakin.

"Thanks Flora, ang ganda nito"-I gave her a genuine smile since she deserve it.

"Okay for my outfit naman, sa tingin ko alam ko na kung ano ang dapat kong suotin. Now where did I put it again?"-she has her thinking face while her hand is on her hip. Para bang iniisip niya talaga kung san niya nilagay yun, that's weird 'cause she doesn't really have brains, just kidding.

"Right! Hahaha nasa damitan ni Maxx, my gosh I'm getting more excited!"-halos magtatalon na sa tuwa si Flora nung maalala na niya.

     Yung damit niya ay parang parehas lang sa damit ni Maxx but mas exposed ang likod nung sa kanya, it's both mint color na may scattered glitters sa baba. For her shoes kumuha lang siya ng white sandals na same design as mine and of course ang kanyang flower crown na white and light green ang kulay.

     She seems satisfied at her masterpiece because she's been grinning at our hanged clothes in front of her. Well she did make a great job, nasabi niya naman na pangarap niya talaga na maging isang fashion designer, and I know that she will be a successful one someday.

"Okay na ang outfit natin date nalang ang kulang. Hays sana pumayag ang mag mapili nating date for tomorrow"-maktol ni Maxx

"Bakit ba naman kasi walang nag aya satin as their dates? Are they too intimidated by our beauty and assume that we already have dates kaya walang nag aya satin!"-frustrated na naman na tanong ni Flora

"Girls chill hahaha, our classmates are all nice and mostly of our class are boys so sure ako na hindi tayo mauubusan ng partner"-I tried consoling both of them.

"Teka nga lang, are we allowed to ask higher grades to be our date tomorrow night?"-Well I'm curious, baka kasi pwedeng si kuya nalang date ko.

"Unfortunately, no but they will still be attending especially the Elementalist since they are part of the committee. Pero sana nga pwede sila, para sana yung crush kong senior nalang!"-sabi ni Maxx with heart eyes shape. She's literally glowing for using her magic and create heart shape leaves.

"Let's just sleep, we still need energy tomorrow. Hindi lang isang oras ang kailangan nating preparation para bukas, knowing you girls you need almost 4-5 hours"-I said while rolling my eyes at them.

"Hahaha whatever you say Ingrid"-they both said in unison

     I made my way to my bed and peacefully sleep, tomorrow will be a long day and I can feel it.
