Jordan's POV:

This week has passed by pretty fast. It's already Friday, which means the Liverpool game is just two days away. Even tho we haven't had that much training this week, you could tell I've been pretty busy sorting other stuff out. In the beginning of the week I received a call from Leah, where she told me about the whole Carla situation. Of course I didn't want her to be living all alone, so I offered her to come live with me and Dan. Since then we've had quiet a lot of things to do. Me and Dan helped Leah gather her stuff together and drove it to our apartment. We also cleaned up our spare room for her to move in to.

I have to say it feels different having her around all the time, but it's probably because I'm not used to it yet. Before she moved in it was just me and Dan. I do enjoy having Leah around, it just means I get to spend a lot more time with her than I usually do. But at the same time I don't want to make Dan feel like she's been replaced.

Leah's POV:

I'm now living with Dan and Jordan as Carla is on loan. I do miss her a lot, but I've definitely adapted very well to my new environment. Just the thought of being surrounded by Jordan every day made me smile. I don't know how she does it, but in an odd way she makes me feel special, in a good way of course. I'm so thankful that both Dan and Jordan let me in with open arms, I literally can't thank them enough for their kindness.

"Leah, are you ready to go?" Dan yells from the hallway.

"What?" I respond, with a sleepy voice.

"It's Friday morning, we've got training today. You better hurry up you sleepyhead, you know how Joe reacts when people show up late." Dan says.

Oh shit, I nearly forgot we have training today, lucky me I have someone to remind me these days. "I'm on my way, just give me a second!" I yell. I quickly put my tracksuit on and grab my bag before making my way downstairs.

"Good morning sleepyhead, I guess you've had a good night's sleep? I mean, you look very spirited." Jordan teases as I walk down the stairs.

Jordan's POV:

We arrived right on time at the training ground. Today we only have a football session and that's it. Joe wants us to recover from the hard work we put in every practice, so that we're fresh and ready for Sunday's match. We also play West Ham this Wednesday, so the upcoming rest is well needed.

The training was fun, and as usual it seemed to come to an end way too fast. People say that 'time flies when you have fun', which is something I really agree with, especially after today's practice. Today we played a lot, much to my liking. Leah continued to strike good passes all over the pitch. She made it look so easy, even tho the task itself wasn't that simple. As the football session came to an end, it was time for Joe to utter a few words as he always does.

"Alright girls, this was the last training before Sunday's away clash with Liverpool. Before I announce the squad, I just want to let you know that every single one of you have done very well this week. To pick out a starting XI for this game hasn't been the easiest of tasks, that's for sure..." Joe says.

I know my abilities are more than good enough, and to be honest I would be very surprised if I'm not in the starting XI. I really hope that Leah will get the chance on Sunday, she really has proven she deserves it. As Joe reads out the names, I listen carefully. I hear my name in the line up, as expected. I couldn't help but put a low-key smile on my face as soon as I heard Leah's name was called. I stand next to her in our team huddle. She smiles at me, and I could tell she's excited for the weekend to get started.
