Leah's POV:

"Jordan, can you come here for a second?"

"Yeah, what's up Leah?" She says as she sits down next to me on the couch.

Ever since we got home from camp the other week, I've been trying to come up with some sort of plan to figure out if it's true that Jordan loves me back. The problem is that I thought it would be much easier to stick to my plan than it actually was. I've planned to talk to her about it a few times earlier this week, but of course I've not got the courage to do that yet. Today will be different though, I've decided to not be a coward and just do it.

"Don't worry Jord, it's not that serious of a conversation!" I say, as a smile appears on my face.

"Phew, you looked kinda serious for a moment so I thought it was something of a big deal! If not, then what's on your mind?"

Here we go, I'm absolutely not ready for this, I truly am a coward. I need another plan, because this one's clearly not working. I'll figure something out later, now I just need to cover it up and don't make the situation awkward.

"Sooo, I'm wonde-... erm what I mean is that I'm feeling a bit lonely sitting here all by myself... that's basically it!" I say a little nervous, not sure if I'm convincing enough. She just sits there for some time, giving me a confused look. I get it, there's no way that she buys that cheap excuse. Great Leah, now what?

"Okay, if you say so..." Jordan begins. Damn it, what am I even trying to do? She sees right through me. No chance this will end good. "Does that mean you don't mind if I'm here with you then?" She continues, while smirking at me. I start to blush a little and look away quickly, hoping that she didn't see it. "Aww, blushing Leah are we?" Jordan says as her smile grows even bigger. Okay, she may have seen it. Can I try to act normal now, like why am I even nervous? Come on Leah, get yourself together and relax.

"Guess I don't mind then!" I reply, trying to sound as confident as possible.

"Then I'll stay here."

"Yeah, you better stay when you can!"

"What does that mean? Is it another one of your foolish pranks Leah?"

"It may be..." I say. Now it's my turn to smirk. For a second, Jordan seems to panic a bit, but then she lights up.

"I better stay here for a while then. I don't even want to know what will happen to me this time if I get trapped."

I chuckle for myself, after this prank she might want to kill me, but it'll be fun so I hope she doesn't. Lucky her now that my plan didn't succeed, she just saved herself from going into my trap.

My thoughts are taking over, but it doesn't take long before I'm back to reality again. Jordan has moved up closer to me, her head is now leaning against my shoulder. I feel the butterflies release in my stomach, they're now going all crazy. I try my best to keep myself calm, not wanting to lose control of myself. I put my arm around her shoulder in an attempt to pull her in tighter against me. It begins to get late, but I don't want to leave her side just yet. I feel a hand slowly moving towards my thigh. This causes a small smile to form on my face, as I'm aware of what's about to happen. I let my other hand slowly reach for hers. When I do find it, I intertwine our hands. By this time we're both comfy and tired, no one of us got the energy to head to bed. I guess this is how we'll spend the night, together on a living room couch. To be honest, I don't mind at all.

Jordan's POV:

I yawn as I begin to wake up. I slowly open my eyes, getting a little surprised of what I see. Well that's weird, I don't remember falling asleep on the couch. As I'm about to turn around to get up, I feel an arm wrapped around my waist. I take a look to the right, just to see Leah laying next to me. That's when it hits me. I do remember cuddling up to her last night. We must've fallen asleep like this, because I don't remember that part. It doesn't matter how much or for how long I wanna stay like this, we have a training to attend this morning. I look at my watch and groan when I see what time it is. Our training session begins within thirty minutes. I try to carefully remove Leah's arms from my body, but it's pointless. I have to wake her up at some point anyway, I better do it now.
