You Can't Have Her

What?

Going to school for a week straight was hard. Emotionally. I saw Gabriel everywhere, but he wouldn't talk to me. He just happened to be going the the same direction as me. What's his problem?

Me and August have been working hard on our dance together. Though there are some parts I'm unsure of but he says the judges will love them. I trust August since he's been to more auditions than I have.

I walk into Starbucks and get my regular iced raspberry tea, with extra raspberry. As I head to a table in the back I notice that familiar head of brown hair. I start to walk over till I realise who's across from him. I quickly change directions and head to a secluded table near them but hidden away from their sight. I strain my ears so I can hear their conversation.

"Mike's having a party this weekend. We should go." Gabriel's voice.

"Can't got dance practice." August's voice

"You always have dance practice just skip it this weekend." I'm anxious to hear August's reply considering it would be our dance practice he would be ditching.

"Auditions are soon and Luna has a lot to correct with her flow of movements. So I can't dude." I hear loud sipping from August's cup. Since I'm closer to Gabriel I don't think August heard what he muttered.

"You shouldn't be looking at her body."

I let out a small gasp. Did he just say what I thought he did?

"What'd you say Gabriel?" August asked nonchalantly.

"What? Oh I didn't say anything. I guess go to your stupid dance practice then." Gabriel sounds calmn but from what I just heard it's a Persona. I need to get answers. If that means confronting Gabriel then I guess I'll just have to man up and ask him.

I wait till they leave and call up Annabelle. After about four rings she picks up.

"Yello?"

"Anna I need your help, come to my place at six ok?"

"Sure, Luna. Do you want me to bring any snacks?"

"Yes, I'm gonna need some stress food."

She hangs up and I get up to start walking back to my place.

You can do this Luna, he's your ex it shouldn't be too hard. We were friend's before we ever became a thing.

This is gonna work.
