Seemingly ardent is the smile beneath which thrives his crepuscular pneuma,
Denoting the arsonist's incendiary carnage.
Justice need not be served whilst it is just; but not so.
It is warp'd; deceitful as the reflection of Neptune.
He, in all his marine glory, saw but himself.
Treacherous were the Machiavellian ripples dancing before him,
Distorting; the misconceptions of time;
A realm riddled with realities in which reality does not exist.
A realm riddled with bloodbath and silken string,
all pulled together by an eerie Cheshire grin.
The fallacies; prophesied misdeeds of vermilion threads.
Prejudiced are the delusions of truth and untruth,
of falsified testimony, of fervent massacre,
of riots received that plead unclaimed.
Distorted is the oath taken, the goblet drunk'n.
The bacchanals' whirlpool; crinkling knowingly behind the leering eyes of Aurelius.
An illusory firebrand; tempting the tempted to commit the sin of Arson,
whence neither Vulcan nor Neptune may save thee.
O, Aurelius! Do not be fool'd;
For neither Bacchus nor his conundrums shall save thee.
Begone! Henceforth, they shall go hence.
They shall adventure thy discretion in an attempt to amerce,
alike bewitched by thy apparent prodigies.
Distorted be the vermilion-threaded chariot on which thou lay alongside the carrion men...
