AND SHALL ELPIS BE ALL THAT REMAIN?
Mitigation of all malisons,
Disenthralled of their shackles.
Hesiod's tales of the all-endowed whom so imprudently disregards the decree of Zeus;
BRING
TO
PASS
THE
HOLLOW
Abated slaves doth suffer bare-ribbed death.
Reek the horrendous stench of cankered government;
Thy credence in that which shall bring thee to nought
Shall dangle thee perilously by threaden tapestry.
Dreary veil etched upon the visage of the envious painter.
O'errauhot by vindictive acture,
Such exsufflicate; contrarious to thee.
Thy nightly wearing laurel as flower-de-luce,
Alas; that which doth plague mankind shall erelong tread thy berm.
Marching onwards to the grim; he who reaps so he shall sow.
O Anesidora! Hark thy fathers' warn.
Ludicrous theodicy enduring woeful quincentenary;
Once more, say he:
BRING TO PASS THE HOLLOW.
UNCO
IS IT
PERCEPTION
MORE THAN
THAT IS
TO BLAME?
Temptress; thou art but means of conflict,
Suffusing unintelligible evils upon the aforementioned loam.
In catastrophe thou emergeth;
Such is the encumberment of Humanity.
In the name of victim and villain akin;
And in the name of the unfallen eve;
On our knees, we shall await our inexorable orlays.
