"Hey." I gave Oscar a small smile.
"Hey. Hows it going?" He shut his front hood.
"Good." I nod my head trying to reassure myself i was okay.
"You sure?" He questions as he cleans his hands with a neon towel.
"Yuuuup." I nod again as i sat on his hood.
"Seriously whats going on?" He let out a sigh.
"Nothing is going on." I laugh nervously. "I just came to hang out. But it looks like your busy. So i'll leave." I stood up.
"No." He grabbed my wrist.
We both looked at each other for a long second.
"I'm fine." I gave him a small smile.

At work
"Hey." Julius leaned over the counter.
"Can i see some ID?" I asked as if i didn't know him. As if he wasn't my abusive boyfriend.
"Kiara don't be acting brand new." He rolled his eyes.
"What do you want?" I glare at him as i gave one of my customers a refill.
"I want you to talk to me."
"About?" I roll my eyes.
"Us." He frowns at me as i hand him a drink.
"There is no us. Matter of fact. Pack your shit and leave. When i get off my shift you better be gone."
"Mamas dont be like that." He pouted.
"Be like what?" I snap as he tried to act innocent.
"Stop acting so hostile."
"Hostile? Me?" I laugh as he nodded.
"You are being so inconsiderate."
"Fuck you." I shake my head as i head to the back room.
I looked at the security guard who was on his break.
"Take that guy out of here. Hes pissing me off."
"You got it lil boss." He nodded as he got up to escort Julius out of the bar.
I was not in the mood to deal with his shit.

Back at home
"Im so tired... but some guy tipped 200 bucks." Allie mentioned as we set our things down.
"You didn't suck his dick did you?" Denise looked at her concerned as she shook her head.
"Okay thank god."
"I was listening to his marriage problems."
"Ooo was it the cop?"
"Officer Hammel!" We all said in unison.
That guy was a regular. He for sure had some issues.
We all laughed.
I opened my bedroom door and i completely forgot i kicked out Julius.
His shit was gone. Fucking thank god. I thought i was gonna have to escort him out again.
