But when she let's a specific pre-accident friendship rekindle, it's hard to stay the course, especially when the boy is trying his best to make his way back into Ivy's life. Enter Jax Parker, a guy Ivy would rather stay away from but can't due to his close friendship with her twin brother, Sawyer. And besides Ivy letting him, unknowingly, back into her life, she also kisses him at the party. While being drunk. No matter how much Ivy is trying to get away from her previous life, before her father died in a car accident, it doesn't want to leave her and fights against the transient global amnesia caused by being besides her father in the car crash. Unexpected events occur after the party, including being on the beach at four in the morning and finding your two best friends making out with each other in the janitor's closet.
But even when she's trying to run away from her life, it seems as if she's running in circles.

A U T H O R ' S N O T E Hi guys! I can't believe I'm acc posting this. I started plotting this idea back in 2018 and I've been writing for it but didn't like that I was rushing everything so I rewrote it. Umm, I only came back to the book a year later so it's not that I've been writing for a year, its that I postponed publishing it for a year and then when I read the original I didn't like it so I wanted to rewrite it.
