Update: I have read File Under: 13 Suspicious Incidents now. It's basically the fifth ATWQ book. But because it is not a full story and is just a collection of stories that happened during Lemony's stay in Stain'd By The Sea, I don't feel like I can rightfully put it on the ranking list anywhere. I enjoyed it obviously, but I can't put a rank to it. Sorry. 😓
