Chapter six: What Joko told him

I know this is short, but I wanted to post something so y'all don't have to wait as long! Also the one I plan to post tomorrow is a whole other point of view so It'd be weird if I put them in the chapter together

Travis is not as stupid as everyone thinks he is. He's passing all his classes, and he doesn't have much trouble keeping up with the homework. Sure, he's a little oblivious, but when he does have knowledge on something important, he most likely won't forget it. Which is why Travis was having none of it when Joko came up to him, stating he had to find Travis's locker because someone had asked him to put a note in it. He was even more suspicious when Joko said he couldn't give him the note now, because he wanted to respect this mystery person's request.

"I mean, I've had to put this off for like a week because I didn't know where to find your locker!" Joko said, now absentmindedly folding and twisting the letter that, "means so much to them." If it really meant so much to his friend, would he really be bending it like that? "Why didn't you just ask my friends? I'm sure they would have told you." Travis couldn't help but sound a little smug. He knows Joko has been asking around for his locker number, only to get a question or a flat out ''No'' as a response. "Well, I didn't want this to be a big deal! I mean, you know how Carson is. He'll joke about it being a love letter or something!" Joko said, once again using wild hand gestures. "I wouldn't want to embarrass you."
"Well, thank you for your kindness." Traves said, his smile beaming. "My locker is the bottom one right next to Mr. Pete's classroom. It has a big-" Travis put his arms up in the air, spreading them into a 'v' shape. "-symbol on it. It's hard to miss it!" Obviously Travis knew that Joko was going to pull some sort of prank, but he couldn't bring himself to care. Senior year was his last year here, and then they are gonna tear this school down, and build some bigger school. He was gonna miss this school, so why not make the most of the time he has left until he graduates? Besides, he heard that Joko pulls some wholesome pranks
