Marinette rushed through the bakery giving her last customer a bag of croissants. As soon as they left, Marinette took off her apron and rushed up the stairs before reaching her bedroom. She changed into a nice summer dress before taking her hair out of its ponytail. As soon as she thought she looked ready, she rushed down the stairs only to bump into a black-haired boy carrying a cooler.

"Marinette! Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. You should be proud I didn't fall this time." Marinette puffed out her chest proudly.

The man laughed. "I am. Now, are Emma and the boys ready?"

Marinette nodded. "Yeah! They're upstairs playing video games right now."

The man rolled his eyes. "They take after you."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Marinette scoffed.

"Well, they never take a break from electronics. They don't even bother to pick up a guitar once in a while." Luka replied.

"Well, for your information, I put my electronics down to make my clothes." Marinette crossed her arms and turned away from him. "I bet Tikki would agree with me, right?"

The red kwami flew out from Marinette's hair and smiled. "I agree. That's all she would do, actually."

Luka gave the kwami a playful pout. "Why would you take her side?"

Tikki shrugged.

"Well, I'll go get the kids, you know, before they become blue light zombies." Marinette smiled before walking up the stairs.

As soon as she reached what used to be her old room, she gently opened the trap door. "Emma, Elijah, Hugo, it's time to go and say hi to Auntie Alya!"

"Wait, Hugo's almost done with this level!"

"Now."

There was a short silence before a black haired girl peeped through the edge. "Is Auntie Alya really as nice as you say?"

Marinette smiled and nodded. "She was my best friend. Besides, she has a son that's about your age."

Smiling, the black-haired girl rushed her siblings before waddling down the stairs and towards their father.

"Can I climb your shoulders dad?" Elijah called up to his father.

Smiling, the man picked up the boy and placed him on his shoulder. "Come on, Ma-Ma-Marinette. We're gonna be late."

Marinette pouted. "I thought we forgot about that Luka!"

Laughing, Luka rushed out the door with Elijah quickly followed by Marinette, Emma and Hugo before they rushed off into the park where their friends were waiting for them, a smile on their faces.

Arbuste stared out the window as he observed the bluenette and the black-haired male embracing the many people in the park. They all bore smiles on their faces as they greeted the small children.

Arbuste's gaze flickered from the bluenette and to the black-haired male next to her.

Purring, Arbuste closed his eyes before permanent darkness took him over.

Have fun, Marinette.

A/N: WOW that was kinda sad to write. Don't ask why it just was. I guess I'll miss this story along with you guys. It was a fun rollercoaster to write this, and I'm so glad you guys were able to read this without cringing (mostly). If some of you are confused about Arbuste and his random comes and goes in this story, he was basically supposed to represent something like her inner demons or her self doubts, stuff like that. It was honestly really fun to write this and I really do hope you guys had just as much fun reading it.

Well, I guess this is goodbye.
