Chapter 15

Well it hasnt been too long since the last update but it still took longer than I thought it would so I'm sorry, but good news is there should only be about 5-8 more chapters of this story so I should be able to finish it before summer break ends.

Your pov

"Here you go." Jake said putting a bowl of cereal in front of you

"Thanks." You responded putting a spoon full of cereal in your mouth

"So." Jake said sitting down by Finn

"How did you sleep?" he asked directing the question to both of you,

"Uhh fine?" You said more of a question rather than an answer.

"Finn?" Jake asked

"Good?" Finn said the same way,

"It seemed crowded in there." Jake said

"Are we doing anything interesting today?" You asked trying to stop the conversation from getting more awkward than it already was

"Everyday brings a different adventure." Finn said going along with it.

"Right." Jake said sighing

"Thanks." You said putting the bowl and spoon in the sink before heading to your room because you weren't really sure what else to do

Finn pov

"Thanks." Y/n said putting her dishes in the sink and heading to her room, I finished eating and put my dishes in the sink as well

"I came to wake you up at 8:32 but I didn't want to disturb you guys." Jake said smirking at me, I immediately felt my face heat up

"W-well I was i-" I stuttered trying to answer

"Its fine, did you tell her yet?" He asked leaning in

"N-no..." I said looking down still blushing

I heard a big sigh as Jake started up the ladder.

"Oh yeah, BMO says he ships it." Jake said on the last wrung

I felt my face heating up even more as I followed him up. Jake was cleaning up the blankets and I started helping him, until I got really bored and flopped down on a pile of pillows before getting lost in thought 'Should I tell her? My relationship with flame Princess was fine until I messed everything up, what if that happens again?' I thought as I stayed like that for a while

Your pov

You laid down on the bed and stared at the ceiling, your thoughts soon drifted to the events of this morning, 'd-does this mean he likes me to? You wondered as your face heated up, 'No he was sleeping. He didn't mean to.' You thought with a sigh, 'why does my brain like torturing me?'

(Torturing does not look right at all but apparently it is so \●~●/ )

After awhile your thoughts drifted, 'I bet my friends miss me, I know I miss them but if I could go back would I? Would F/n?' You got off of your bed and wandered out onto the bridge, you sat down and let your feet hang over the edge as you thought about everything, 'I guess I hadn't fully processed everything yet, coming to this other dimension or whatever from a literal portal sounded like it came straight out of a fantasy book.' You noticed something Red crawling down below, it kind of looked like a beetle but it was really big, you jumped up forgetting for a moment that you were on a bridge and you almost fell off when it started shaking, panicked you latched onto the rope and took a small sigh of relief before rushing through the door and down the stairs, you jumped over the treasure and out the front door. It was a beetle, it was walking upright and it was the same size as your fist, you watched it for a while before it seemed to notice you and it ran away.
