After Tanjiro passed out on the bed from exhaustion I went to class, Inosuke, Nezuko and Masuko stayed at the dorm in case if he starts crying again.

There was this girl next to me that kept stealing glances of me when I wasn't looking, little did she know I realized.

Every time she glanced at me, annoyance boiled within me.

"I saw that. You checked me out, what do you want?" I groaned and rested my head in my hands.

"Huh? Me?" She squeaked and turn her back to me.

"Yeah you. You've been glancing at me for an hour."

"Oh it's nothing.." She faced me and giggled.

I continued jotting down some notes while the professor was conducting the lesson, there was surprisingly a lot of foreign students here. A sudden knock on the door alerted the entire class, Tanjiro walked in. Just another student— EH??!? I thought Tanjiro was sleeping???

"Oh Tanjiro! What a surprise to see you here, I thought you messaged me and said you weren't coming." The professor asked, bewildered and flummoxed.

"I started to feel better." Tanjiro walked to my seat and sat next to me.

"Okay well, that's good." The professor continued talking.

"Tanjiro weren't you taking a nap?" I whispered.

"Yeah I was. Oh and Inosuke told me you guys planned to get a job at Bókko cafe? I want to apply for the job to get my mind off uhm..Kanao." His voice weakened away.

"Ohh you mean the job offer. We're heading to the cafe at 10pm."

Tanjiro nodded and focused on the subject, small droplets of tears glistened at the corner of his eyes.

Timeskip (10pm)

"So only you have no experience with being a barista?" The lady surveyed me.

"Yeah he is. We both have experiences because we went for part time jobs in high school, whereas this rich brat has his maids making coffee for him." Inosuke mocked.

"Inosuke I'm not a rich brat!"

"Since we need more baristas and bakers, you three are hired. Take the recipes of the beverages and memorise them as much as you can, I'll allow you to hold onto the recipe for a month only." The lady implies.

"That'll be okay, can we start tomorrow? We'll be working full day on Sundays since we don't have classes on Sunday." Tanjiro asked.

"Oh definitely!" The lady grinned in delight.

We walked back to the dorm and went to sleep.

Timeskip

Tanjiro Kamado

"Oiuiiuuiii! Tanjiro get up! We're gonna be late." Inosuke's loud and raucous voice rang in my ears.

"Hngh~ I'm up. I'm up.." I stretched and got dressed.

"Ah you're early!" The lady greeted us, with a broom in her hand.

"Inosuke— You said we were late!?!!"

Inosuke and Zenitsu pointed at me and laughed. We placed our belongings in the locker and got ready to start the day. Since Inosuke knew how to bake he was in the back, preparing ingredients for the cheesecake. I was in charge with taking the orders, Zenitsu and the lady was in charge of making coffee.

It was not long until a few people came into the cafe.

"Oh! Tanjiro!" Nezuko and Masuko was the first in line.
