My name is Allie Lee, I'm 16 years old and I am so scared... I don't know why my dad hates me, but it remember what he did to Mama, he pushed her under the water in the bathtub and wouldn't let her up till she stopped moving. I cried, yelling and screaming at him that he was a monster. He beat me unconscious... I woke up with cuts, bruises and a few broken bones. I couldn't move, I couldn't even go to school. I got beaten again for that. I get beaten for everything, sometimes I think about what it'd be like to beat him up. Make him hurt like he hurt me and mama. Then if I like it... I'd kill him... But I'm always hurt and in pain I can't ever defend myself. Maybe one day something will happen and everything will change. But until then I have to hang on.
