The coldness is evident when I arrived in Incheon International Airport from my 12hr flight from Italy for the upcoming campaign of the Spring Collection of Prada and the Milan Fashion Week. Endless interviews and photoshoots drained me while I was there.
To have a break from it all, I decided to face the music and see if I can still salvage anything from what I've left here and hope that I can see her again. It was just like yesterday when I heard her plea for me to come back, but I still went on and walked out her life.
I never thought I'll be back after saying goodbye 3 years ago. I did all that for a reason, but it broke me to no end. I checked for any messages in my phone while waiting for my luggage to show up on the conveyor belt.
I thought it's just my nose playing tricks on me, but then I got a whiff of the perfume I was so familiar with up until now, her favorite—Lancome Miracle, thinking that it could be anyone, I just disregard the thought.
I saw my RIMOWA Essential Lite Check-In M green luggage coming near, then picked it up when it was in front of me. After checking everything in my belongings and knowing that all are intact, I decided to head out towards the exit.
I thought it'll take a few weeks before my past haunts me but I was wrong. The smell of the perfume got me again then someone called my attention.
